Got a puncture on the family, car not to far from this place, (asda) so decided to just pump it up…read moreand drive down, only a mile or so, to be told i would need a whole new tyre now due to me driving onit while going down and distressing the tyre wall etc (basically the type of talk i would hear if changing a tyre on my BMW that has run flats, that cannot/should not be repaired!) but not on a 4 year old s-max! anyway i did not agree to the work , went to another Tyre place just down the road, (a mainstream chain) and had it repaired no problem, and as a precaution i got the Tyre checked out and it will be fine/safe to drive on throughout the rest of its life! its still on today 6 months later! with no problems

I have no idea about mechanics or cars, it passed its MOT and I didn't realise there was a problem. Really embarrassing. Usually, when you get a car serviced you can feel a noticeable change in performance, for the better, for example, bite point might be adjusted. Not in this case, since getting the car back, every time I put the clutch in the engine revs (over 3k). I will never use this garage again, ever. Now in the process of having remedial work done on the car.
