They've assisted with various financial products I needed. Since I started doing business with them, I've always felt like more than a number! I've actually built a relationship with them! I started off with only a savings account. After about 2 years of doing business with them, after my visit today, I've decided to switch over to them for all of my banking needs. They offer everything a large bank would! ATM access, mobile banking, overdraft protection, etc. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come!

I dealt with High levels of incompetency from all the staff that day including the Branch Manager. When I dropped an email to corporate telling them my thoughts on this bank. The Branch Manager called me back with a hostel & retaliatory attitude. I found this highly unprofessional, Juvenile & trivial. That a branch manager was acting this way over the phone with me. When I called out the bank on their nonsense. Hancock Whitney is living in the 20th century in 2024. I am done with these folks.

So we tell her how much we would like in checking/ savings/ cash, and (after sending my state ID) she asks me if I have an account; she couldn't even be bothered to look up my name. So that in itself was unpleasant. She managed to mess my money up so now I have an overdraft fee and NO WAY TO PAY FOR ANYTHING AFTER THE EYE OF A STORM HAS HIT THE CITY. I can't even call the bank right now because power is out, I'm beyond angry and I'm looking to switch banks after this nonsense. The overdraft fees are crazy high, even though I put a limit on my card to not be able to overcharge they still manage to let me.
