Absolute worst place you'll ever go for loans. I'm lying by even giving them one star. They deserve…read morezero stars. I used to have no issue with this place until Sarah, the customer service representative at the front desk, decided to call me SCREAMING and YELLING at me because I was fifteen days late on my payment. I was calling to let them know why I was late and she decides to cut me off in the middle of speaking to scream at me and degrade me. Saying things like "Oh please! You're making excuses!" and telling me I'm lying. Before the call even ended, I was in tears from how awful she treated me on that phone call. The second she hung up on me, I called another office and asked to speak with the Regional Director immediately. I was crying so hard I could barely breathe. I told them to never let me hear that witch's voice on my phone ever again or they won't hear the end of it. Terry acts like she's some sweet old lady, but in truth, she allowed Sarah to act that way. They also gave my personal information out to someone I DID NOT want even being a part of my loan. They literally handed over a piece of paper with every single personal detail about me, including my social security number, to this person who decided to get involved once finding out about my loan. Terry is fake and just as rude as Sarah. They would call me every week trying to tell me I am late or I am breaking payment arrangements to the point I just wanted to scream back at them and tell the to GTFO. Also, they don't respect you at all because even after I requested to NEVER and I mean N E V E R hear Sarah's voice on my phone again, she continued to answer when I called or try to take payments from me. Rude, nasty, disrespectful people working in that office. If Sarah catches even the slightest hint of you knowing about finance, she'll turn into a dragon beast and screech at you if you're late on a payment. I'm not the only one she's done it to either. There are others who she has treated the same way.

Long story to tell but all I can say about Mr. Nick Arnone is that he is the best and worth going…read moreto. If I can give him more than 2 thumbs up, I would. He helped me when nobody else can and I'm so thankful. He was a blessing to me. So, if you ever need anything done, a loan or getting a title done, I urge you to stop at any of his businesses.
