For the cheap sprinkler heads they installed, probably from Home Depot. They came out the second time to check the problem and said I needed four new valves for $1,010 dollars. I complained about the price and they lowered it to $760. Which I thought was still to high considering I just paid them $860. Then I decided to get a second opinion. I was told by another company that the work they did would need to be changed as the installed the wrong heads on the sprinklers. I had to pay another company to repair the repairs that Saint John's did and also install the four valves, charged me $800. For everything. Don't use Saint John's unless you like getting ripped off.

I won't post the entire text exchange, but suffice it to say…read morethat I told them I was having my front yard regraded and needed two trees removed and a stomp in the front yard re-ground because the previous company didn't grind it deep enough to have the front yard re-graded. I told the technician on site on three different occasions and got confirmation from him as to the depth required for the job. He said no problem, we'll take care of it. The next day I went to check on the job and it was barely below the existing grade. When I complain they threaten to take me to small claims court and told me that they fulfilled their contract. I've had gotten two prices for the job, one from them and one from Tree West. They were virtually identical. The only difference being that they said they could do the job tomorrow so I gave it to them. I ended up calling Tree West back and paying them half again the cost of the job to complete they both knew was included from the get-go. Definitely one of those gotcha kind of contractors. Save your money and call a real professional.
