KORN Propiedades charges the BUYER a 4% commission. This would be fair if the buyer asked KORN to…read morehelp them find a property. But in my case the property was listed by KORN and I did not have a specific agent, so Korn receives 2% from seller - representing the seller in everything the seller wants. I will be happy to speak to anyone who wants me to share the details with them, but I recommend researching other agencies such as REMAX. At this point I wish we would have asked away form that 4% commission.
