KORN Propiedades charges the BUYER a 4% commission. This would be fair if the buyer asked KORN to help them find a property. But in my case the property was listed by KORN and I did not have a specific agent, so Korn receives 2% from seller - representing the seller in everything the seller wants. But turns around and charges 4% to the buyer for doing almost nothing..... I straight out asked, "why are we paying you 4% when none of our requests has e envíen been considered - and your only have communicated the demands of the seller ?" I will be happy to speak to anyone who wants me to share the details with them, but I recommend researching other agencies such as REMAX.
