If there is one downside it is that the staff do not understand english very well. The prices are very cheap when constrasted with pizza giant pizza hut. There can be around £2 in difference for a pizza of the same size when compared with pizza hut - with chicago being the cheaper. They have changed the layout recently and it seems to have made the floor area smaller but there are still toilets for customers to use and a few tables for you to eat inside if you should desire to do so.
