She is kind, patient, responsive and has an incredible work ethic. But above all these what I value most is her candor - there is no 'spin', no games, no politics, she tells it like it is and cuts right to the chase. She takes the time to get to know her clients, never rushes, and her follow through is impeccable. When it got the negotiation stage of the sale, her true mastery shined brightly. She's whip smart, savvy, and even-keeled. She advocates for her clients, but is fair and reasonable. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She's truly one-of-a-kind and will be our realtor for life!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby in June and we have been working with Kellianne to view houses without being sure if we were fully ready to buy given the current market. However, with Kellianne's help in finding listings that fit our requirements we found a house we loved at an open house and we decided to put in an offer. Kellianne wrote up a competitive offer quickly to meet the deadline and was in frequent communication with the seller's agent so we knew the status of our offer. We were in the top 3 offers out of 20 offers on the house but the sellers went with an offer with no contingencies. We were discouraged by the experience but Kellianne was ready the next weekend with another round of houses to look at. We found another house that we liked even more than the last one. This time, Kellianne again guided us to make a strong offer and it was accepted! Kellianne was very helpful in explaining and arranging the inspections and during the difficult negotiations with the sellers. We were able to come to an agreement. We are excited to move into our new home and raise our children in the lovely neighborhood. We couldn't have done it without Kellianne with Karen Richardson Group.

I knew right away that I would like working with Jennifer. Jennifer is very authentic.....and she…read moreis unpretentious about the design process. I was very comfortable telling Jennifer what I liked and disliked without thinking there is a right and wrong answer. Also, after a costly renovation, Jennifer understood that I didn't have a limitless budget and she had great ideas of how to repurpose some of my old furniture into amazing new ones as well mixing in inexpensive retail items with the more expensive customs things. Jennifer was always clear with me about what furnishing should be investments and what items I could save money on. She really took time to understand my aesthetic while also helping me break out of my usual style and take more risks with color, texture etc... And believe me....I really needed to break away from my "color" palette of gray, brown and black! Jennifer was able to create a space that was really different than anything I would have done on my own and yet it was perfectly suited for me. When my friends and guests enter the house for the first time they always say...yup...this is exactly how I would imagine your house would look like! Jennifer created a space that was unique, modern yet comfortable and very personalized to me. I remember saying at the first design consultation....Jennifer....this is a very small house and when people walk in I don't want them to notice that it's less than 1000 sqft..... I want them to say WOW this is amazing! Well that's exactly what I got....WOW....this is amazing! Thanks Jennifer!

She has so many connections and great ideas! Her pricing is very reasonable and we wouldn't think twice to use her again! If you want a beautiful home, call Leanne!! Kelly and Matt

Leanne really takes the time to listen to what I am looking for and is in tune with my style. One project she worked on was updating our master bedroom with the limitation of keeping the Thomasville set we purchased in 1987. I never thought that the almost 30 year furniture could be modernized and look so good again. She transformed the space into a beautiful, inviting and relaxing retreat! Another project was updating our living room. Again, we kept the current furniture. Leanne knew just how to rearrange the room and add some wonderful pieces. The living room became a place where we were excited to be in again! I know I can count on Leanne for a simple design project such as picking a wall color, or more complex projects. Thanks to Leanne, I don't feel stressed or overwhelmed about the décor of my home. The next project on tap is renovating the master bathroom and I can't wait to work with Leanne again!

On the pro side, Sally knows her stuff. She is an experienced designer and has many good ideas. On the con side, she doesn't listen to the client and is very aggressive in pushing her ideas. I also found that her opinions on specific design elements were not always based in fact, but simply to support her ideas about what my kitchen should be like. She also seemed to think that my need to read product reviews and select appliances based upon practical features and favorable Consumer Reports reviews was a waste of time and that the only thing that mattered was the look of the product. My kitchen looks great and Sally had some great layout ideas I would not have come up with, and for that I'm grateful, but next time I'll work with someone who listens more and opines a bit less.

Sally made it super easy to make selections on everything from cabinetry to appliances to rugs on the floor. Her service was unbelievable, even coming to my rescue helping coordinate and organize the contractors and subcontractors when we had a flood a few months prior to the birth of our daughter!!! I would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking to hire a designer who really listens to her clients and delivers in every way.

After she cleared some old emotional energy in my bedroom, I had the best night's sleep in years! My bed felt like I was sleeping in a meadow after a warm spring rain. Kimberly understands how your home reflects what is showing up in your life and can help you adjust it so that more of what you want shows up. In my case, I am expanding my business into different sectors and Kimberly had wonderful suggestions about how to balance the predominant Yin/Feminine atmosphere in my home with more Yang/Masculine elements to give my business just the push it needed. Working with her also inspired me to take care of the "energy leaks" in my home I had been aware of for a long time. Working with Kimberly is like bodywork for your home. I recommend her highly!
