We walked 25min from our warm home ( it was little chilly this morning...) to this market this morning and it was worth it! All the veggies and fruits are more than half the price of other market, especially Marché Arceaux. For example - 3 butternut squash, 20 clementines, one bunch of pink garlic ( about 10 bulb or more, 4 Kumato tomato, 2 large red tomato was... 15 Euros! Can you believe that? Don't get me wrong, I love Marché Arceaux but I can't afford it everyday :) If you live here in Montpellier, this market is worth visiting. You have to bring lots of bags to shop!

We visited three times during our two weeks in Uzes and enjoyed seeing the different energy between the two days. At Marché d'Uzès, you'll find vendors selling everything from Provencal linens and goat cheese to lavender sausages and fresh produce. The Saturday market is the larger of the two and tends to feature more gifts/goods beyond food. It also tends to be more crowded and attract visitors from neighboring villages along with tourists.
