She helped us find the right resort when we didn't really know where to go. And of course she took care of all the arrangements and happily got answers to all our questions and concerns so we felt prepared for the trip. Her recommendations for the airport allowed us to skip long lines both on arrival and leaving Jamaica. She was available during our trip in case there were any issues but there were no issues. Would definitely want Jennifer handling the next vacation!

I can't say enough good things about Larry Abramson and how he helped my wife and I on our recent…read morecruise. On day 4 of a 7 day cruise, my wife got sick and we had to get off and go to a hospital in Aruba. The ship left 2 hours after we got off. I had no internet access just a cell phone. I called Larry at 11:00 pm and he answered the phone. GOD BLESS! He found us a room for the night and booked flights to get us home the next day. He called or texted through out the day to make sure we got home safe. He even offered to pick up at the airport if we needed transportation. We weren't getting in until midnight. We didn't need transportation but just the thought was so caring. I've used several travel agents in the past, but will never use anyone else but North Mississippi Travel. Thanks so much Larry. You truly are the best.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!…read more Of all the vacations I have ever planned, none have been as simple, stress free, and easy as Mike made this one. How? I told him I wanted a vacation in the spring, under $X amount. I suggested a cruise, and he told me he would bring me some options. The next day I was met with a neatly organized spreadsheet that detailed all of my options broken down into every category I could ask for. We slotted our destinations down to size, and within the hour I was handed a finely tuned list of options. Mike did in 2 days what would have taken me weeks (if not months) of grueling stressful research filled with second guesses and a million "what if's". Thank you so much Mike. You made the entire process painless and enjoyable, and I now have an affordable 6-night Cruise to look forward to. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. 10/10 sir. A professional in every aspect, and a valuable resource to have when planning a vacation.

Called this morning and explained I am booking a trip to Dallas in August. Gave them my dates,…read moretold them I was looking to see if they could book my plane ticket & car rental for a better price. Jill called me back and quoted me $417 for a round trip flight and rental car. That price is $250 lower than what I was seeing on the internet so I obviously was like, "Great! Lets book it!" Unfortunately she refused to book it unless I drove to their office because I am a new customer but asked for basic information so she could reserve the ticket until I made it by the office to pay in person this afternoon. I get to their office, give her my debit card, she swipes it and it declines... I explain she needs to check everything she entered because my account is correct. The manager finally comes over because I ask if I need to bring back cash if that would be easier. Turns out shes quoted me $417.00 over the phone and in person but the ticket was actually $1,417.00 so obviously when she tried to run it on my debit card it didn't go through. Thank goodness my husbands a banker and shows me how to control my available funds or I could have lost that money! NO THANK YOU. Then they apologize and start searching for round trip plane tickets and are quoting me $700ish.... I can obviously find cheaper on the internet. I leave and get home. I was just on my bank account and see a $35 charge from their office on my card....... Not only a waste of time.... I just called & left a voice mail requesting they refund my card... Wasted an afternoon when I could have used orbitz.com or something in less than 5 minutes, oh wait I still need to
