On day 4 of a 7 day cruise, my wife got sick and we had to get off and go to a hospital in Aruba. The ship left 2 hours after we got off. I had no internet access just a cell phone. I called Larry at 11:00 pm and he answered the phone. GOD BLESS! He found us a room for the night and booked flights to get us home the next day. He called or texted through out the day to make sure we got home safe. He even offered to pick up at the airport if we needed transportation. We weren't getting in until midnight.
