She offered champagne, water or a mimosa which was really nice. My stylist took longer than we expected instead of 45 minutes I was there an hour and a half. And I was honestly nervous because black hair is very different than others but she did great! They initially told me I would be charged an additional $20 for the extended time. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. I'm not sure why the customer would be charged for the stylists issue with time management but I was happy the receptionist with the amazing attitude offered to waive it or subtract another charge for me. I'm happy with the way my hair turned out will happily return simply due to the better customer service. Update I referred my mother to this location one day after my visit and she had a VERY different experience She made an appointment online for 430 by 5oclock she still had not been helped She ended up leaving without getting her hair done because the stylist said "she couldn't do her hair" I will not be recommending anyone else here because that is definitely disappointing

I showed up for my 9:30am appointment and Hanna welcomed me right away as soon as I walked through the front door. Hanna was super sweet and made my session so much more comfortable. I came in for a full color and hair cut and Hanna did an amazing job. From the time she helped me pick the right color for my hair needs, to the final styling of my hair she was AMAZING.
