And it took another ten minutes of walking the store to find someone else...who made the same promise and then walked away. Finally, the original woman showed up. We waited literally 25 minutes to get a case unlocked! (And yes we debated multiple times about just leaving; we would have if we weren't so interested in the item.) Hopefully this was just a bad day for customer service and they can actually do better. (It was only our second visit, so I don't know how typical it was.)

Just a buyer beware. We gave a deposit for a buffet and I understand the paperwork said it was a…read morenon-refundable deposit. However, the paperwork also said it would be 6 months to get. Well, 6 months rolled by and we were told it would be at least another 2 months. So I finally decided to cancel the order and asked if they would split the deposit with me (I was only asking for 1/2 the deposit amount back) - they told me no. I can't imagine the person making it had it made and/or not even had the wood yet for the project and even if they had the wood, it could have been used for another order from someone else. Just make sure if you purchase something you really want it and are willing to wait for it for a long time. We were very disappointed that they would not work with us at all on the partial deposit refund. Not good customer service or way to keep a potential future customer.

The workers roaming the aisle were friendly and offered service, the ones behind the counter could barely muster a hello and seemed inconvenienced to have to ring me up. They have a little and a lot of everything. Be sure to pay in the right area the building is roughly split into two businesses. On the one side they have a vinyl honey hole. Two floors of music that is categorized but very tightly packed. It's gets exhausting searching which is grew because now I have to come back. I must have scratched 3 or 4 albums off my wishlists! Some nice bargains free albums when you buy so many reasonable prices.
