The price we received for the two doors, with windows and hardware, including labor and installation was excellent. The delivery and install happened when promised, and was efficiently, and expertly done. The doors are beautiful, are so quiet, and were significantly less expensive than we'd anticipated. Add all that to the delivery and install happending WHEN promised, within a month of the original quote (which fell right on top of the holidays) - and you have a five star review. Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. My experience with Zuercher has also started me thinking about ways to improve the 30+ year old lighting in my home, and I will be calling them in the near future to tackle that project!

He told me he could make some repairs, okay agree. I THOUGHT HE WAS JUST GOING TO DO SOME SMALL REPAIR ON THE DOOR & PUT NEW WEATHERSTRIPPIN. He did all the pictur hnanging, et., the first day. Despite being gone an hour to get his son from school, which I did not mind. What I did mind was after coming back, taking so much time & then charging me what I thought was too much for not doing very much. And does'nt leave til 7pm. Then he comes the following day to work on this door. I step away from the area to let him do his work, trying to be respectful. I finally had to go look because there was so much noise. He had the door completely off the frame! I should have stopped him right then & said I thought you were just going to do some "MINOR REPAIR"? But I stupidly did not. Works for about 2 hours, then has to leave to get his son again. This time gone for almost 2 hours! Ridiculous! Then when he finishes (after or right around 7pm again) he gives me a paper for the complete charges. He charges me over $100 for "materials" to repair the door. I stewed about it over the whole weekend. Plus the charges to repair the door. I felt it was all just too much. I contacted him , (he had to come & get some things left there anyway, paint). When he came to get the paint, I said I want to discuss these charge. Told him I thought he needed to pay me back at least $200. He said that's not going to happen & which door did he want me to use to leave from? I originally met this person from Angie's List so I contacted them. FINALLY was able to make a complaint through them. BOTTOM LINE - this person does way too much talking . Talk to me entire time as if I knew about home repairs. Maybe why such signals crossed about the door when he made me think it was just going to be small repair. And I end up paying over $700 in repairs. REALLY FELT RIPPED OFF BY HIM AND DID'NT APPRECIATE THAT. WANTED TO TALK ME INTO THIS DOOR "REPAIR" JUST BECAUSE HE WAS IN BETWEEN WORKING ON SOME ENDLESS BUILDING JOB HE HAS GOING ON (said he talked a lot) AND FOUND A WAY TO MAKE A LITTLE EXTRA INCOME THROUGH THIS DOOR WORK.

Called on a tues & Tom the owner said he would put us on the schedule for Thursday. 12:30 pm Thursday haven't heard or seen the plumber. Called Tom & asked if they were coming & he said let me call my guy in the field & I'll call you back. An hour later no call back. Called Tom again & he said I'll be back in town in about an hour & I'll come out waited all day & he never showed up. No phone call as to why or anything. Not sure how you stay in business when you treat people this way. Doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion. Wasted a whole day waiting on him & that in itself infuriates me.
