Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. I had messaged Smith Electric about some issues I was experiencing after we suffered a lightning strike in the storms early last Tuesday morning. I let them know what I had done to try to repair the issue and what I was still experiencing. Instead of sending someone out and charging me for a service, they called and gave me somethings I could try to make sure that the wire was not damaged. His suggestion worked. It is great to know that a local company will not try to take advantage of a situation when it may not be necessary.
