Our central unit stopped blowing cold air today when it was near ninety degrees outside. It didn't…read moretake long for it to feel like an oven in the house, even with multiple fans going. I called a guy that has worked on our unit in the past and got no answer, so I called this company and left a message asking them to call me back. Before I even got the phone set down, Jason returned my call. He asked what is was doing and how long it had been doing it, took my address, and said he was on his way. Less than an hour later, he arrived at my house. He went around to the unit at the back and had a look. Almost immediately, he announced it was low on freon. He filled it back up, and told us to turn the unit back on. And just like that, it was once again cooling as it should. We were ecstatic! We thought sure it was going to be a very closely fix, but nope... $250 and we are back to be cool as cucumbers. I very highly recommend Dyer Heating & Cooling. Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. My experience with Zuercher has also started me thinking about ways to improve the 30+ year old lighting in my home, and I will be calling them in the near future to tackle that project!
