We hired Peek Painting to do a whole house and garage re-paint. There was a lot of prep work due to the age of the home. Every day we got a report from the lead person on what work they completed that day, and other updates we needed to know. When they were almost done, we walked the job with them, and were able to point out painting areas or other things we wanted done or touched up etc. They completed the job on time, and did quality work. I would hire them again. Very friendly. read more

Jan 2026 Update on the painting of my daughter's kitchen cabinets in Atascadero. They were new installed wood cabinets. To be painted white. The cabinets cannot be cleaned as the paint will rub off if you attempt to clean them. It's very disappointing. There are no sealer clear coat layers of polyurethane over the paint so it is not protected for kitchen application. These cabinets will ultimately need to be stripped and refinished. read more

This is a well run company. From quoting to customer support to performance, we were kept informed during each step. Marco and his team of painters were prompt, informative and thorough as they completed the exterior of our house. They always listened to our concerns and went above and beyond in doing the little details that resulted in a great job. Highly recommended! read more

Peek Painting was very responsive to our request for an estimate to paint our large deck. We had other quotes as well. We decided on Peek because they had a good price, and clearly knew their business. The project took 2 days. The Green Team, lead by Rafael Robles, did a great job. The deck paint was worn and tired. They brought it back to life. We are very happy with the result. Rafael knows his trade well, is friendly, and professional. Thank you for a great job! read more

We had the outside of our house and just the kitchen cabinets painted and we are extremely happy that we chose Peek Painting. Everyone involved like Eric who did the quoting, Ryan Peek who oversaw the project, Chloe in the front office to the painters were very helpful and professional. A special shoutout to the two painting crews both the "Green" team led by Rafael who did the outside and the "Yellow" team led by Junior who did the cabinets. Great job guys!! (And thank you for putting up with us and our dogs). I highly, highly recommend Peek. read more

I wanted to share our experience with hiring Peek Painting on our home remodel project. From the very start through the end of the project, each person we encountered was both personable and professional. From Eric who gave us the quote, to Chloe who works in the office and kept us aware of the timelines on the project, to the actual painters who did the job with quality and craftmanship. Also having Ryan doing a walk through with us at the end to explain everything that they did and why. I can't recommend them enough if you are in need of their services. read more

Peek Painting exemplifies what a professional contractor should be. There are many contractors that could take a lesson from the Peek brothers regarding professionalism and quality. Peek Painting provided a prompt, professional and quality service that I would recommend to anyone looking to get their home or business painted. Coming from the contracting world, I have high expectations for contractors that provide services for me. Peek Painting went above and beyond those expectations and I couldn't be happier. All too often people look for lowest bid and then they get upset the quality isn't what it should be. I couldn't tell you if Peek Painting is the cheapest because I was so happy with the estimating process that I gave them the job no questions asked. It was worth every penny I invested in the project and the team that painted my home took pride in their work and I had nothing to say but thank you. So, if you need something painted, I recommend Peek Painting, they are top tier, and you will not be disappointed. read more

Really happy to have found Peek Painting after a bad experience with another company painting the exterior of a different house and highly recommend them for any job, exterior or interior. Peek Painting was a pleasure to work from start to finish. The price quote was six pages in length and outlined the project in such great detail that we didn't have any questions. Seth and Ryan are very good communicators with both their customers and their crews so there weren't any surprises. Jenaro and his crew took great pride in workmanship making sure everything looked perfect. Plus they were also very careful when it came to protecting our stained concrete porches and some decorative stone from over spray, drips, etc. I also appreciate that they made sure the job site was neat and tidy at the end of every day. read more

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Seth was very communicative from the first call. When he came to inspect and give us a quote, he was very straightforward and his prices were great. I didn't bother getting a second estimate from a competitor because it felt so right. I waffled a bit on how much I wanted painted and Seth had no issues adjusting the estimate. The crew showed up on day 1, at exactly the specified time. They were exceptionally professional and courteous. Throughout the 3 days of paint, they never came late or left late. They always walked through each room with me after completion for my approval and never missed a spot. There were a few extras I asked them to do and they were happy to facilitate. The guys were super kind, worked quietly (we had a napping baby) and made it simple for us to run our life as normal. I can't recommend Peek enough. Thanks guys! read more

S Peek Paining is fabulous. They painted the interior of our house and did an amazing job. Jr and Zach were so fun, I know, an odd thing to say about workers in your home, that we actually missed them when they were done! The owner Seth arrived at the property on time and was in communication with us at the arrival. Since we were out of town, he called before and after the estimate. Seth agreed to meet me again when I was at the property and go over the details of the estimate. He helped us reach our budget after walking through our home and telling us what and where the costs were. His crew lead Rafael called me on day they arrived and sent me text messages at the end of each day with the details on what they accomplished. Seth and his team were professional and the results were better than we'd hoped. S Peek Painting will have our business in all our future needs. read more

Just a great crew of guys! Professional and talented. Will always go to S Peek Painting for any of my painting needs.

We recently took over a property in SLO and did a bunch of remodeling work, we did most of it ourselves but we knew we wanted to hire out the exterior paint for both of the buildings because the current paint was so old it needed to be scraped off and needed repair work around the exterior, we did a walk through with Seth and he had all the confidence in the world that his guys could do this project w/ no problem! They got us on the schedule and communicated starting dates so well. Working w/ contractors communication is SUPER important to me and these guys just NAILED it, they were here early every single day, they were respectful, friendly, efficient, just overall GREAT employees! Seth is super lucky to have a GREAT team. I loved how my house turned out! It looks SO great, I'm SO happy with it. I HIGHLY recommend S.Peek for your next painting project! read more

Peek Painting - Front house, back apartments, fresh paint - Painters Near Me - Atascadero, California

We love how our house turned out. Seth was a great help and true professional the entire way. He met us at the paint store to go over numerous color combinations and it was nice to have someone with experience telling you how certain colors would look when dry up on your house. In many cases he had examples of the color combinations we were looking at from prior work he had done. The crew assigned to our house was very professional and friendly. They kept us involved the whole way so there were no surprises at the end of the job. It's high quality work and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend. read more

This is one of the best run small businesses that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Great communication, on-site quote, reasonable pricing, reliable workers, etc. etc. etc. But what Impressed me the most was the prep work. The wood on our front and back steps, decks and porch was in very sad condition. Because such care was taken with the prep work, the finished project looks better than new. The detail on the two-color front stairs is flawless. Highly recommend. read more

We are very happy with every part of our experience working with Seth and his crew. Seth (the owner) takes advantage of modern tools and is able to set up appointments, send estimates, bills, etc. all electronically making the process go smoothly and efficiently. Seth offered assistance in color selection which turned out to be even more valuable than I had originally imagined. We are so happy with the colors he helped us select. His crew was punctual, professional, and whatever the third word on the truck says. The crew lead made sure things got done and communicated well with us. Seth went above and beyond to make sure we loved the finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and plan to work with them in 10-15 years when we need to do this all again. read more

Seth came out to give us a quote, he was friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt the quote he gave us was reasonable. His team arrived on schedule, and they did a wonderful job on our home. We were very pleased with the quality of service. When they had finished, they walked the perimeter several times and made sure everything was perfect. One of the painters discovered a couple tiny nail holes that hadn't been filled, and patched and painted them right before he left--an above-and-beyond attention to detail that left me very impressed. Thanks, Seth & team! Will recommend you to friends. read more
