The crew did fantastic work, good materials and they worked quiet and efficiently. Always checking and keeping informed of the progress, crew was on time and cleaned up daily, job site organized. Overall, excellent work, great value for the job. We will keep Tommy at the top of our list for future projects needed. Thanks! The two sides of my yard new fencing looks fabulous!

We made an appointment for him to come back and correct damaged tiles but he did not show up the day or time we scheduled. I called and had to leave a voicemail, hopefully he reaches back out but I'm not holding my breath for anything, this floor job has been frustrating to say the least. There are 4 tiles with crack all the way across now. 2 more in the last month. I rearanged my schedule for your confirmed appointment time after our phone conversation where you were apologetic. This is a very different approach than a professional business should hold. You should not act one way over the phone but completely different on your messages. You never said anything about feeling uncomfortable. I'm upset but I believe rightfully so after having several issues ignored or not resolved. I'm sorry this is the way you operate your business. I hope you eventually find good ethics and integrity along your journey.

We ended up getting all the paper off but there was glue, residue, and lead paint left behind. That's when we decided we needed a professional to skim coat our wall. We could have attempted to do it ourselves but it's in our living room and a major focal point in the house so we wanted it to be done well. Eddie was very accommodating to our schedules. He ended up doing the job the day after Thanksgiving, which many people wouldn't have. We are very impressed with the results. The texture on the wall matches our other walls exactly. We will definitely hire him again. He has many years of experience and it shows and his prices are reasonable.

While I was confident in my DIY ability for the small room, I was not confident with the large living/dining room. This room is a focal point from the foyer and contains a wide step down. Deciding to get professional help we solicited three bids. Two contractors came, looked at the room and with little thought, quoted a cost that within a couple of hundred dollars from each other. Between these two lackluster bids, Eddie looked at the job, asked several questions about what layout we wanted, how we would like the step done and so on. Eddie made some suggestions which reflected his expertise. Eddie's communication skills left the other contractors behind at the starting line. Even better, his bid was in line with the other two. This job was not a large undertaking and would be done in a day. Eddie and Louis showed up on the appointed day and at the appointed time, giving lie to the stereotype of contractors being haphazard with time management and showing up late. During the process, Eddie schooled me as to the installation so I could do the small room. The job went very well and the floor looked great. However, due to the nature of the flooring material and the float installation, the step down was an epic fail. Eddie displayed extreme professional competency but it was just putting lipstick on a pig. We put our heads together and come up with plan B. I acquired two pieces of solid wood with a similar grain as that of the flooring. Eddie picked up the new material, joined them, shaped it, stained and finished it. Eddie then came back and installed the new step down. A tricky piece of work as the step down faced floor tile that was not quite set uniformly, but Eddie made it look perfect at no extra charge. We could not be happier with the finished product and the fine service provided by Eddie Sapien and Network Construction.

After talking with a few different restoration & construction contractors, I chose CCCR, Inc. They did an excellent job. Communication was always prompt. I have a beautiful new kitchen. Matt & the crew were always courteous & let me know what to expect. Would use CCCR, Inc. again.

I would not recommend any other general contractor! From estimators (Wade) to owners (Kevin and Ruth), they are fair, easy to work with, and act promptly. They are not the least expensive, but I can vouch for their good work- from demo to dry out to rebuilding...they have good subcontractors and are the best general contractors! 2012- See my previous post...they demo'd and rebuilt our kitchen, office, bathroom, family room after a water pipe burst in our ceiling. 2021- We had a roof leak and they remediated and repaired the office. 2023- We had extensive leaks from the roof and the drain pipes that run through our walls. They demo'd, remediated, and repaired our master bed and bath (including a GIANT shower), and 2 guest rooms. took everything down to the studs and built it all back up to code and updates. They worked with us and our insurance company.
