Then they got in line for the photo booth to have their picture taken before leaving. They waited 20 minutes and we're 2nd in line when the clock struck 830 at which point the guy running it shut it down and in a hurry. No apologies, warning, or empathy for 5 year olds near tears because though they'd waited their turns excitedly and patiently he refused to let the last 4 kids all 5-8years old have their picture taken. My husband is livid and daughter is super sad as we're the other kids. Way to go "It's that amazing photo booth" (aka Oh Snap photo booth). You made multiple 5 year olds cry. Hope you're pleased with yourself. Another dad posted a negative review on their fb page. They told him "If we stayed a few extra minutes at every event, we'd go bankrupt" And making 5 year olds cry is good for business? My husband posted a negative review on their fb page as well and they called him "an evil individual who doesn't understand timing or scheduling" because he posts negative reviews on social media. He has his bachelor's in astrophysics, masters in education and doctorate in science education (maybe that makes him Dr. Evil?). He understands timing, schedules and people - especially kids. He doesn't understand how cold someone has to be to treat wide eyed, happy, 5 year old girls like this. Run to one of their competitors unless you want to see your kids cry.

During the entire time prior to the wedding, Phil and Chloe have been amazing, They responded quickly to my questions and accommodated my changing needs (adding on a scrapbook and changing the backdrop). We signed the contract and I made the deposit. Even when I forgot to pay the final half prior to the wedding date, Chloe reassured me that they will still come and I can just pay with check during the event. Since I am planning the wedding from out of state, it was really helpful and much appreciated when they are flexible and understanding! Our event started at 5 pm, and the canopy tent was all set up and ready to go! My guests all informed me that it was a lot of fun and they enjoyed taking pictures with group of friends. The only thing people mentioned that was a struggle was the time in between the pictures were really short, but it made for some funny/silly looking pictures!! I was really glad that I opted for a scrapbook option (additional $75 I believe). Some of the guests left cute little messages for us to read :) Its like a guestbook! Unfortunately, my DJ (DJ Flex) did not show up, so it pushed back the bridal parties entrance by 1 and half hours. So neither me nor my now hubby had the chance to go get our pictures taken since most of the guests wanted to talk with us. But I did notice that the Little Photobooth stayed overtime without charging extra due to the circumstance. I would highly recommend them :D As for the bad reviews, I addressed that with Phil prior to booking them, and he informed me that it was because the customer never signed and/or returned the contract. Based from my experience, I would hire the Little Photobooth anytime :)
