I was met with outright hostility and disrespect from someone named Chris, who immediately cursed me out for simply trying to do business. I was professional, clear, and courteous and in return, I got uncalled-for verbal abuse. This is hands-down the most unprofessional and toxic interaction I've had in real estate. If this is how they treat potential partners, I can only imagine how they treat sellers or buyers. Chris needs a serious lesson in basic decency and customer service. Total disgrace to the industry. I have been working with Melissa for several months and I can not say enough kind words about her. I am a single mom that has never purchased a house on my own and am ignorant to many of the "ins and out" of the process. Melissa was kind, explained everything in a way I understood, patient, and offered her real life expertise and opinions. She didn't always just suggest with a higher price to make more money, she kept me where I felt comfortable. When my first house fell through and I was devastated, she called to check on me and didn't make a big deal about it. She "talked me off the ledge" if you will. I used a horrible "lender" and was taken advantage of. Melissa called her own people and tried to help me out. After I switched to the Prime Lending person in her office I was good to go!
