Gene, the Owner, and Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. In fact, I never felt pressured to sell or buy anything in the store. Now the store is unlike any pawn store I have ever seen - instead of seeing junk weed-eaters and old lawnmowers for sale, I saw absolutely beautiful jewelry, bone china, antique furniture, and everything you can imagine for Collectors to admire and purchase. Also, Gene and staff can assist you with layaway arrangements, which is much better than buying on credit. Free parking is on the side of the building. Please stop by Delta Pawn when you get a chance, because it's something to experience.

My storage building has leaked ever since I purchased it. This is not a new issue and not a…read moreone‑time problem. The company has been out three separate times to fix the leak, and it still leaks. Water continues to come in, especially around the door area. I currently have to keep a towel placed under the door just to stop the water from running across the floor and ruining the inside of the building. This is unacceptable for a storage building that is supposed to protect what's stored inside. After multiple service visits with no permanent solution, it's clear the issue is either poor construction or improper installation. I should not have to rely on towels to manage water intrusion in a building that was purchased new. I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of a real fix. Based on my experience, I would not recommend H&H to anyone looking for a reliable, weather‑tight storage building.

Now, 5,000 miles later, I've come to find out that they only halfway fixed the problem. They replaced the front left tire but failed to recalibrate the rest, which means the root issue wasn't addressed properly. The faulty weight placement on the inside of the tire was hitting the brake caliper on every rotation--a serious oversight. Do things right the first time. Owning up to a mistake is one thing, but following through and fixing it completely is what really matters.

He made me feel like I was a burden for just a simple ring fitting. He did not wear a mask for COVID precautions and his store reeked of cigarettes. He jammed a very small ring size onto my finger and while watching me struggle to get it off and telling him that it hurt, he laughed at me and told me I need to get used to a small size. It was like he wanted to cause me emotional and physical pain, which was so strange. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but that was unacceptable. He did not try to even show me how ring sizing worked and simply jammed the ring sizer onto my finger. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a business.
