Called April 29th 2024 to have my daughter seen for a follow-up for ADHD and molluscum, the receptionist says first available is August 14th...almost 4 months away. Maybe I am missing something here or pediatric partners is a monopoly in pediatric care that they are soooo busy your child can't be seen for 4 months. I am not knocking the herbalist community but maybe I would have better luck there or with a witch doctor! I am not one to leave reviews but this isn't about me but my child and I may not work in the health care industry but I would recommend taken your child to a doctor that could see them before their next birthday or even the doctors next birthday, for that matter. My daughter had been a patient at the Pediatric Partners on North Ave for many years, but her doctor ended up retiring. So this year we switched to this office. I love the convenient appointment times. I was able to get her an appointment at 6pm on a weekday. Her appointment was quick and painless - in fact, we were in and out within 25 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly, and so were the nurse and doctor. The practice is very clean and well kept. Great first experience at this office! read more

Man. I have very few reviews written but I always see this low rating when I go to call for an appointment. My experience here over the past two years has been AMAZING! We are military so we've moved to and from a lot of pediatricians. I have three boys and we always get a sick day visit same day IF I call when they first open. It's hard to get sick visits anywhere unless you call first thing. You can always call through the day to see if there are cancellations. Lauren Condon is our provider and I LOVE HER. I will say between all my kids we have seen all the docs and they have all been so amazing. The older guy is the only person I've had a super long wait for. He is nice but I guess it's a positive and negative that he spends a long quality time with the kids. And the front desk is always super nice so a little confused. Yearly well visits do take a while to get in so I do need to plan ahead on those. I dunno. Just wanted to share my positive experience I guess. I always recommend them. read more

Absolutely love this pediatric practice. They have several doctors at this office, and they are all great. My children see 2 different doctors, but have seen a few others for last minute sick visits. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. I have never had to wait in the waiting room for more than 10minutes. And once back in the exam room, its never a long wait for the doctor to come in and see us. They do same day sick visits, which is a huge plus. They also see patients on the weekend as well. The entire office (waiting room, bathrooms, exam rooms, etc) is so clean. You never feel dirty or germy after being there. Dr. Hinkle is very thorough and always grest about checking up with seeing how my child is doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care for their children. read more

I just took my daughter for her one year checkup and vaccinations at Pediatric Partners on Hinkle Road. The tech, Carly, came in and put her hands on my daughter already wearing gloves that probably touched another patient, she didn't wash her hands or put new gloves on. She opened the band aids and stuck them on the table and then tried to put them on my daughter. I attempted to file a complaint with the office manager, Tammy Kolb, and she treated me with contempt and scorn while defending the disgusting and unsafe practices performed by her staff. I will NEVER trust them with my child's health again, and I encourage you all to be keenly aware whenever you take your kids to be seen there. I'm filing a complaint with the CDC, the health department, and the state. read more

My boys have been at this doctors office since they were born 7 years ago. This practice has been progressively going downhill. The receptionist staff are rude. They could not see my son, so I told them I was going to see another pediatrician. The next time 2 times I called the receptionist told me " I thought you were going somewhere else" in a snarky tone. Another visit, I waited 45 minutes in the exam room. The boys were 3 and 4. I read every book twice and tried to entertain them. It is hard sitting in an empty room. The doctor walks in, doesn't apologize for the 45 minute wait PAST my appointment time and has the NERVE to complain my boys were loud. Hello they were 3 and 4 what do expect sitting in a small room for 45 minutes. Then, they charged a higher office visit because they had to write a script for 1 son. Then charged me over $300 in exam charges. It is less expensive to go to urgent care! Seriously the doctor was in the exam room for less than 15 minutes examining and treating both my sons. She wrote me a script for a capsule that cost $75. Come to find out I could get it over the counter in a chewable for $15. My son can't swallow a capsule. When my son was released from the hospital for trouble breathing they REFUSED to schedule a follow up for the next day until the following morning. Seriously good luck if you are a working parent. They generally REFUSE to schedule any type of illness appointment except the day of. You have to call at 8 am and dial like you are trying to a win prize from the radio station repeatedly to get through. Then once you finally get through you are lucky to get an appointment. Further, now they have decided to start charging an extra $35 fee on top of the exam charge after 6 pm. I am DONE with this practice they have forgotten compassion completely!!!! It is all about the money!!! The nurse tonight went to vaccinate my terrified 5 year. She put her finger in my face as I was trying to hold him down and told me she didn't want to get hit. He was NOT trying to hit anyone. When I told her to just hurry up and get it done. She stomped out of the room. Really? Where is the compassion for a terrified 5 year old! He was just tying to get away from me and at NO point did he make any attempt to hurt anyone! Get a grip already. You can't tell me 5 year old don't normally cry and get upset about vaccines!! This practice is flat out horrible!! The nurse that came in after her vaccinated both my boys with some minor crying and no other problems. She told me the other nurse was having a bad day. I am sorry she had a bad day but don't take it out on my children and I. I left a message and the office manager did not even bother to call me back. I guess this behavior is acceptable at this practice. read more

Have been with Dr. Seymour since my 22 year old was born and never had a problem, until today. Called before my appointment time because my car broke down and asked if I could be late. They said they allow a 15 minute "grace period". I arrived within that 15 minute period and was advised they would not see my daughter, I would have to reschedule. The doctors are great but the office staff is rude and not helpful at all. Sadly after 22 years, I will be looking for a new pediatrician for my 2 younger daughters. read more
