    had an incident where the Doctor told me to bring my son in for a head injury after he felt nauseous and had a nose bleed. After making an appointment his mother Melissa Goodson was too lazy to take him decided he was fine after the doctor said otherwise. So instead of taking him in she calls her old party coke head friend Alicia Knight whom she used to clean condos with. She asked Alicia if she knew anyone who worked at the Doctors office. Of course she did, her and Melissa prey on Doctors and other local families with status to either clean house or babysit children. So of course Alicia knew the office manager who later told me that was how my sons mom got I touch with her. Yes I called the office manager Amanda Ferraro out and she admitted my sons mom called her PERSONAL cell phone behind my back to cancel the appointment of a potential head injury. This is so unprofessional to take a non office call from some old neighbor and cancel an appointment dealing with my sons welfare. I will pursue this further. I hope helping out the beach club skanks was worth her and the practice she represents being reported to the state medical board. She even apologized and stated she had kids herself and that she would document the incident. She retracted and said she didn't want to get involved. Too late you are so involved and I will go to whatever lengths necessary to have her answer for what she has done as well as Dr Jaoude. She is the epitome of Panama City Beach opportunist just like the two she helped out. BTW all phone calls are recorded and the evidence as well as statements made by Amanda Ferraro are damning. I hope it was worth it, I hope she ends up out on the street where she belongs. This is very blatant and unethical behavior.

    Would not recommend this practice to anyone. Was told surgery would be six weeks out. Called office…read morethree times with only one return call. They called after eight weeks to schedule my surgery for another three week wait. Let the scheduler know need to sooner. She scheduled pre-order for Monday at 2:40, surgery on Wednesday. After their office is close on Friday, I get email changing appointment to 4:40. No phone call to see if I'm available, I'm not. Left phone call to cancel pre-op, surgery, and post-op. Can't deal with people like this! Three appointment never met the doctor.

    I am not one to write reviews but I feel like my experience warrants this. I was referred to Dr…read more Caspary by an urgent care center in Panama City for a potential abscess behind my ear. After arriving at the office and being told they had no record of the appointment, I pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to see a doctor due to the size and area of the abscess. They were able to get me in. Dr. Caspary said he thought it may be Masitioditis (which can be life-threatening) and that I would need to come back the following day for a CT Scan that would be done in office. I am currently traveling and the office was outside my insurance network so I had been paying upfront. The office said they would call me the next day and let me know the price of the CT Scan. They gave me the price of the CT Scan and scheduled the appointment. Since they mentioned it would be done in office, I had assumed they would also read it in office. When they did not read the CT and sent me home (the abscess has not gone down, there were no additional antibiotics given) I went back in and pleaded again to the receptionist that I would like to see the doctor, that I did not know what to do, and was afraid. At this point, it was suggested I consider going to the ER or make arrangements to go to the ER. Dr. Caspary did not come in the room and instead sent his medical assistant. I ran home to grab a bag for the ER, I lose hearing in my ear and it begins draining. I rush to the ER. I call Dr. Caspary's office at 4:45 to request that the CT Scan be sent to the ER knowing they will need them. The answering service says they cannot connect me to the office. I hang up. Once I arrived at the ER, they immediately took me back, started new rounds of antibiotics, run additional CT Scans, flushed the ear and made me feel safe. Dr. Caspary's office did not follow up with me until days later (after I had already called their office to schedule the follow up). During follow up with Dr. Caspary's office, I let him personally know that I felt the care I was given was less than acceptable. His response was to the effect of, "yeah, I don't know." At this point, all I want to do is make sure I am okay and leave the office. I will say Dr. Caspary did seem more concerned after this and gave me great care from this point on. After my last appointment, I spoke with the office manager who apologized for my experience. I felt that since I was self-pay and had to have the imaging redone - that I should have my money refunded for the CT scan that was done in office. She said she would get back to me and did not. This was at the end of May. I am fine now and continued about my life and had decided to just move on. Then I received a bill from a radiologist for $1200. The office never informed me that they would be sending the radiology report out - just that it would be done in office. The also never disclosed I would be charged separately for this. When I called to find out why, I was told this is normal and that there was nothing they could do. The care I was given at Dr. Caspary's office of Head & Neck Associates of Bay County was neglectful, unfair, and unacceptable. I sincerely hope no one else ever has to go through this type of experience.
