These folks were responsive and use this really good online software https://basecamp.com/…read moreThis enables tracking of tasks and todo's clients have to like submitting W2s, etc. So much better than e-mail threads which get confusing. Even with the simple process of a joint return it enabled my wife and I to be aware of what we each needed to provide. Pricing was very competitive, less than the accountant I had last year who I very disappointed with. I see negative reviews and I wonder if these different experiences could be due to getting up to speed on the portal. The negative reviews seem to be similar though not as bad as experiences I have had with the previous 2 accountants. I can say my experience was positive and I found Stephenie responsive and our taxes were filed correctly.

6 month follow-up update…read more. I know you may have been waiting with bated breath, so I'll try my best to keep this short. After 20+ additional emails (between both parties), we were finally able to receive our federal and state abatements from 2024. While this is good news and we are pleased with the outcome, it does not negate the unpleasant experience. After the last review, they took note and designated someone to call the IRS on our behalf, instead of repeatedly sending papers in the mail that the IRS would never receive. After receiving the federal abatement, we then had to ask them to help with the state abatement. In case you aren't aware (since I was initially not educated on this matter), you are allowed a 1-time federal and state abatement. Meaning, if you are in good standing, they will erase your fines, but not the interest. Some additional notes: 1. They are a global team, as their new name implies (Unified Global). This means that your team may be located in various time zones and countries. 2. Their software is straightforward and simple to follow, which I did appreciate. 3. Their timelines for filing, in my opinion, do not include a sufficient buffer if you have additional questions and/or corrections. We were asked several times to remove the last review, and after some thought, I have chosen to amend it. Similar to prior Yelpers, I believe that it they have improved their services, my initial review will just be background noise as the one off.

This is the 4th CPA I've gone with and has been an amazing experience…read more I am very clueless to taxes for both personal and business so I needed someone who was educational in each step of the process. Previous experience have shared little to no context/information as to what and why they need or want something and assumed I know what to do afterwards. I've been working with Lee in this office. She's been amazing in keeping my wife and myself informed/educated with everything that goes into taxes, calling out any errors to fix/adjust, and simplifying things enough for us to understand. Very educational and helpful in every step of the experience here.

I've had Hahn as my accountant for several years. I'm single with house, stocks, and an LLC. Not…read moretrivial, but not excessively complicated. They started by charging me $800 to do my taxes, and it kept going up, eventually to $1500 this year. Then they suddenly dropped me with some vague excuse of COVID and lacking resources. Now I have to find someone else for this year's taxes, and get them up to speed. A year's notice would have been much less unprofessional.

TNT'S TAX SERVICE WAS DA BOMB!…read more (Pun intended!) Being recently married, we weren't sure how we should file our taxes this year. We tried filing on our own using an online service as we had in years past and then decided to file with TNT Tax Pro to see if there would be a difference. We lagged on our taxes this year until the last few days, yet Tracy was still able to deliver our tax return on time! She was able to maximize our return by a huge amount by just asking us questions over the phone to get some insight. It was super convenient and easy as we didn't even have to come in to her office or anything prior. All documentation was delivered securely and electronically. Communication took place over the phone or via e-mail. Tracy is quick, knowledgeable, and good at what she does. We highly recommend her services! Best part?
