Using Yelp/Google I found Pamela of Mountain Flour Bakery and asked if she could make us a Key Lime Pie, she said no problem. She seems super annoyed when i needed her to explain something to me or when i asked a question. I felt rushed through my order and i shouldnt have been. I also waited for a while because she was no where to be found. The cake turned out very good. And she was a lot nicer when i went to pick it up. The bakery kept trying to push the delivery time earlier and earlier for some reason. The cake looked awful. We showed them a picture of what we were looking for and knew it wouldn't be exact, but it was not nice at all. We actually added some flowers to the cake ourselves just to make it look a little better! Not only was the cake not decorated nice, it was toppling over!!!!! I called Pechin Bakery the very next day, Saturday October 19, and left a message and was told someone would be calling me on Monday. Monday rolls around still no call, so I called again and spoke to Dorothy. She assured me the message was given to Amy and she should be calling me that day (Monday) or Tuesday the very next day. I also sent Dorothy an email attaching the photos and my concerns. I tried calling each day for the rest of the week with no answer or call back! I left numerous messages.
