The family was a bit testy before the session, but once Jacquelynn arrived she set us all at ease- expertly coordinating toddlers, teenagers, and parents. When we came to view the photos to choose our images, my wife started to cry tears of joy (apparently a common occurrence with Jacquelynn's clients). My wife said it was the best our family had ever looked. Jacquelynn captured amazing shots of everyone, but most impressive are the photos of our eldest handicapped son- by far the best portraits of him I have ever seen. We didn't have much to go on when we first hired the Rosenblum's last fall for our March 2017…read morewedding. They are relatively new and had limited reviews on the wedding websites at the time. I was on the fence because I thought the samples of their work was a little too artsy for my taste. My husband liked them right away because of that artistic quality. I am VERY happy with our decision to hire them! John and Lisa were the utmost professionals from beginning to end. They showed a genuine interest in shooting our wedding and had ideas for shots that we hadn't considered. Since we had a daytime wedding and reception, I was worried about that the lighting at both venues would be too harsh. I called John on short notice about this concern about a month before the wedding and he willingly dropped everything to go out the venue and check it out. He took a few photos to alleviate my concern. He went out again a couple of days before the wedding at the time the ceremony took place. They were punctual and professionally dressed on our wedding day. They were mindful of our tight timeline which I really appreciated. We were married in a very small, rustic chapel with very little room to move around. Lisa was crouched in a corner near the altar and captured some amazing shots during the ceremony. I loved the candid photos they took at both venues. Their turnaround time to produce the photos was incredibly fast - done in less than a week!! We were given 4 full discs of photos, 2 in a beautiful custom case. Outstanding quality. My only complaint was the lack of close up formal photos. It's minor, but I wish we didn't appear to be so far off in the distance in many of them. Overall, I would recommend the Rosenblums to any couple. Fantastic quality and service for a great value!

John and Lisa stepped up to the plate to pinch hit with panache. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, with high energy and captured the essence of the fun and frivolity of the evening. An industrious team, they took photos of couples, group photos, action shots of the performers, and even stayed for meet and greet photos after the show with comedian John Heffron. The attendees were grateful to be able to memorialize this fantastic night, which was without a doubt a night to remember! The discs of the photos were ready within a week, and they are dynamite! I feel confident recommending them for any session photography or event photography.

I'm really glad to have found this spot for my cat, just wish there was a bit more communication/a…read moretour of facilities but it's obviously Covid time and they're doing their best! Pros: 1. Very accommodating, I had less than a day's notice to find boarding for my cat and they worked with me to get things sorted. 2. Fairly priced 3. My cat hates boarding bc it stresses him out to the point of not eating or using litter-boxes for the first day or two, and mentioned as much at drop off. The cattery staff did a great job because he was eating and using the litter the whole time (3 nights)! Huge win for us and will be returning here if we need boarding again. Cons: 1. No info offered on arrival or intake form. It would have been nice to have a paper or something to make notes on and photos of where my cat would be staying. No tours or entering facility due to Covid, which is fine, but an alternative would be nice! 2. A update on how my cat was doing would've been nice since it was an expressed concern, but I should have asked for that. An intake form would have helped with this! Overall I'm pleased!

TLDR: THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT! Terrible communication! If your dog has any kind of anxiety…read moreissue, please don't leave it here. I have a 3 year old rescue poodle mix with a history of separation anxiety and inability to tolerate being crated. When I first got him 2 years ago he hurt himself pretty bad trying to get out of a crate. I explained this to Erin twice - when I went for the tour and 10 days later when I called to make the reservation. On the tour Erin showed me the standard "suite" which is a long hallway with animal shelter-type chain link kennel and the "deluxe" suite which is a single block wall room with walled outdoor run. I told Erin he would need a "deluxe" suite and lots of human and dog play time due to his separation anxiety disorder. This place does NOT require a meet and greet with your dog. I left my dog at 4:15 pm on Thursday 2/9 and again asked for as much dog and human play time as possible. I did not have to sign anything or leave a credit card. The next morning, Erin called me to let me know that Max had a little scrape on his nose and that they didn't want me to be surprised by the injury at pickup. I asked her what happened and she said there had been a big wind storm during the night and that the morning feeder person found him bloody - he had been trying to get out under the steel door. That's when I first realized THERE'S NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT. When I picked him he could hardly walk. The bridge of his nose was badly scraped. His chin, lips and gums were badly injured. His toe pads on his two front feet were shredded - he was limping from the pain. He looked like he had been beaten down. I asked Erin why she didn't tell me there's NO night staff and she said "You didn't ask." AYFKM?? There is NOTHING on their website indicating they have no one there overnight. For my dog this was no "vacation," not a "resort," and he was not treated like "family" despite what their website says. And the vet bill was twice what the boarding fee would have been - at least. And FWIW my daughter's lab won't be back - my daughter was also shocked to hear there's NO ONE THERE AT NIGHT!!!
