I was so looking forward to going here, because i rang and asked them 'do you do MIRROR nails' very enthusiastically she said yes...then i rang again to make appointment and asked again to confirm. when i sat there i really was thinking about why it is these businesses are all so rude, talking in vietnamese like noone is there. i wonder if they would have like me speaking italian loud and accross the room. I obviously had the owner or manager of the shop. as she was doing my nails, i sense she didnt really know what she was doing.. then i notice, it wasnt going right (as i have had it before). i said it doesnt seem right, she said "it will b". so i wait and it just got worse.. later she says i cant do mirror look... i said i rang twice. she just kept trying to finish (to get me out of there) while im saying THIS IS WRONG. eventually i said " i hope you dont charge me full price for this, its all wrong and i hate it"... and she gave me $10 off and i still paid $ 70 for gross nails.. i went somewhere else to do it again. read more

I had the worst experience the owner and his wife's attidutes were absolutely putrid and disgusting ...no smile, they don't talk to you unless its about what they are charging you for.. they overcharged me by $10 thieves. They just work with frowns on their faces ...I will never set foot there again and I will make sure no one of my family and friends go there. I JUST WISH SOME OTHER NAIL COMPANY OPENS IN CASULA MALL SO THEY ARE NOT OUR ONLY OPTION ..Then again I will travel an hour to get my nails done but I will never go there again. This is one of those cliche nail salons, you go to and staff speak to eachother, over you and ignoring you. Pretty much a standard nowadays. Staff are quick to get you to sit down to get your nails done, but don't tend to you in a quick manner, they take their own sweet time. The tools used don't look clean, I didn't notice staff opening up sterilized tools to use. I got my schellac done for my hands, and the workmanship is not off standard, it does not look neat. Overall, not happy at all. First and last visit thanks! I would prefer paying an extra $10 to go somewhere with better customer service. read more
