The staff at front desk was very welcoming. I dealt with Brittany, super nice. The nurse was great, I forgot her name but she took x-rays she was friendly and efficient. Then comes Dr Patel, yes she was very nice and welcoming however after nurse took x-rays she looks at them quickly and tells me I need a 3D cat scan of my teeth. I've never heard of such a thing. this is not my first rout canal . I know an xray is sufficient to see the problem. I'm sure for certain situations a CT would show more. Who knows!! She did tell me upfront the cost and most insurances don't cover but if they do I will get reimbursed. So like an idiot I did CT bc I thought maybe she had to see something the x-ray didn't show or maybe she was concerned .I listened to Dr bc well why not that's why I was there. However I should have refused it , because I couldn't afford it. I'm hoping my insurance will pay and I will get reimbursed. If not I'm out $250 for NOTHING. She didn't even look at my mouth.just humor me and look with the mirror tool She just spoke to me. I felt so rushed. Maybe bc she leaves at 4 and my appointment was at 3. I know I wasn't getting root canal that day but geez . I went there to literally get x-rays and a CT that wasn't necessary. I've never had a dentist tell me I needed a CT for a root canal. Then she tells me she can't do root canal that she doesn't have the proper equipment. Blah blah blah. I agree with another review that this office just wanted to get my $250. Then she tells me get your root canal done at the specialist then come back to m to do post and crown.no thanks! I was not happy. Not a good experience. I will not be returning.

They loved they way they were treated and the treatment they received. I originally had a tooth cleaning scheduled but during the week one of my molers had cracked so i called them to reschedule me at an earlier date and time, which they did for the next day .When I got there the reception girls at the counter were very pleasant, professional and not nasty at all. I filled out my paper work and then promptly took me back to get started. The assistants were very professional as we chatted for a little, which is cool cause I literally wanted to take a shot of Jamieson to alleviate my anxiety just sitting in the dreaded chair. The doctor came in, was super friendly, checked my tooth and repaired it in a jiffy. I went back a week later for a routine cleaning and the hygienist was also pretty good. the doctor came back to speak with me about one of my caps and said that we would monitor it , which came as a shock cause usually dentists try and bilk you for every dime you have. I loved his straight forward attitude and explanation of everything. I would highly recommend them, check them out.

After she examined me I asked the receptionist about the original dentist I made the appointment with and she told me that it was his day off, that he never works on Fridays. Clearly this is some sort of scam to get Dr. Rupani more patients. Absolutely terrible, unprofessional experience. Needless to say I never returned and never will.

The place was very clean and cozy (with a fireplace in the waiting room!). Shortly after I completed a new patient form, I was promptly seen by Dr. Han. At first, I was a bit nervous but Dr. Han made me feel very comfortable. She patiently listened to and addressed my concerns, and, after thoroughly diagnosing the problems, explained them and the treatment procedures in a clear and understandable manner. Although it was my first time being seen by Dr. Han, she made me feel at ease that I felt like I had known her for a long time. As a dentist, Dr. Han was amazing. She was very competent and proficient in taking care of "pain in my molar." Overall, from start to finish, everything was great and well exceeded my expectations. If i chew on my right side, hard pain, if I chew on my left side, less pain with fear I'll break the big filling, because it did break 1 time and the pain I felt was 10x worse. I wish I've never gone to there. I miss how my teeth were before entering here. I can't even have ice cream or an iced drink without agitating my teeth.
