I needed to get some dental work done since it had been awhile, and I am SO glad I chose this place! The staff is super helpful and friendly, they worked around my schedule to get me scheduled for multiple appointments. They also clarified what my insurance covered and made sure I knew where it was maxed out so I didn't get charged out of pocket. (Thanks Yesenia!) I received a regular cleaning, which was much needed, and my teeth were shiny & sparkling clean afterwards. They felt so much better. (I forgot her name, but she did an amazing job!) I also needed a lot of fillings for my cavities. Dr. Dhillon and his assistant Cynthia were able to get them all done the same day, and very quickly too! They were both very gentle, and took great care of me. The whole procedure was painless. Dr. Dhillon takes great pride in his work, you can see it too! The office is very clean, and super modern. They even have a keurig in the waiting room & a mini fridge filled with waters, they ask you if you want water or coffee right when you come in. This has been the BEST dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Dhillon is amazing at his profession. He takes his time to explain and answer all your questions and concerns without rushing. His staff is beautifully friendly and they all come in and stay with a smile. I love how personal they all are greeting you by name Not as a number. I went into the office for a problem with one of my teeth, and they made sure I did not leave the office without getting the problem fixed that same day! I was very nervous since I have had nothing but negative experiences in the past with another dentist, but with Dr. Dhillon, the experience was very pleasant he is kind and attentive. All the staff made me feel at ease and helped me relax and stay calm by explaining every step of the process. I really like their office it's very clean and transparent. Was referred here by my wife. I am not good with change or trying new places at all. The young lady at the front desk recognized my wife right away by name. Asked her how she was feeling. That in its own is amazing. Truly remarkable customer service. They walk you through the office to let you know the lay out. Been to a few offices but by far the most modern technology and by far great hospitality. Really makes you forget it's a dentist office. The run through of treatment is really detailed and are extremely patient with any questions. They will be my primary dentist for sures. Truly recommend this office and it's staff, especially if you don't like your current provider or if it doesn't seem like care about anything other than your $. I'm so happy I chose this dentistry over others in Salinas! Everyone here from the receptionists to Dr. Dhillon himself are extremely helpful, kind, and made me feel at ease. For new patients like myself I was given a mini-tour of their facilities and it made the whole experience more inviting and informative. When it came time for my actual dental work, the procedure was completed rather quick but in no way did it feel rushed or sub-par. Instead I felt like I was under the care of a competent dentist, with an amazing support staff who genuinely care for their patients. I came in to fix a chipped filling. I had to get a crown. Given that I was on an HMO and needed to switch to a PPO plan Patty from finance was very helpful. She explained pricing, their in house dental plan, and their financing options via CareCredit. I ended up getting two crowns and they look like real teeth. They have same day crowns which allowed me to save time and not have time come back another day for my crown. Dr. Crystal is a really great dentist. This has now become my regular dentist and I get my cleanings here now. Office is also very clean and modern looking with a nice aesthetic. read more

Super friendly and they have a quick turn around with in person appointments. They took very good care of me with all my dental procedures over the last couple of months. They were able to work around my schedule to get me in with my appointments so that I was comfortable with my procedures. Paty was also a huge help throughout my entire dental process. Came in looking for a second opinion, on previous work (fillings) I had gotten done elsewhere and were bothering me. Best Dental treatment in Salinas CA. Paulina was able to work with payment plan a the best part is NO credit is need it! All there staff are very polite, I love there technology to show in detail what kind of work are you getting done.
