Their professionalism, level of skill and training, ease of communication with clients as well as modesty and working amongst each other is unrivaled. My injuries have ranged in severity and across all areas of my body and they have always been able to more accurately and efficiently diagnose then most of the other medical professionals I have seen. She's dealt with my multitude of insurance coverages as well as my one worker comp issue, and I am never left wondering or without a seat when the music ends. It's taken care of very well and explained even better. She's many steps ahead of the insurance companies which makes life and dealing with this stuff easier. Laura up front is also a charm and a treat. She's the conductor during appointments making everyone comfortable and at ease. I never feel left out or alone in the lobby or when coming and going from the office. She's got a great sense of what needs to be done and how. She's easy to work with and a charm. I know that AXIS has moved and grown over the years, but I can say that it has always been very beneficial and wonderful for all. That's not always the case, but this quality trio has doubled plus in size with equally amazing and quality people all working side by side bettering our Missoula livelihood. My eight year old son had been getting severe headaches for months and had been seen by his…read morephysician (who order x-rays which came back fine), as well as a chiropractor and body work practitioner, but no one was able to help him. After hearing that Casey worked on children, I brought my son to Cordial Health. At the time of his appointment, my son happened to be in the middle of a debilitating headache--he could hardly sit upright during the car ride and had lots of pain behind one eye and was nauseous as well. He was in such discomfort that when we arrived to Cordial Health I asked for a glass of water so he could take some ibuprofen. Casey asked if it would be okay if he worked on him first; he wanted my son to be able to pin point and describe where he was hurting and to be able to tell him what was helping without the ibuprofen dulling his feelings. Within minutes, Casey had done a thorough assessment and went to work on him. Immediately, my son's nausea went away and soon thereafter his headache disappeared. It was an impressive display of knowledge and skill! It has been two or three months since and my son has not had a single headache. I went to Northern Rockies Physical Therapy at the recommendation of my orthopedic surgeon after a…read moreshoulder surgery. Never having had surgery or PT before, I had incredible trepidation. Chad Kay, my therapist, immediately sensed this and put me at ease by tailoring a rehab program specifically to me and my recovery process. He helped me ease into a schedule and program that I was able to work at my own pace and at my own pain threshold. And while I loved the one-on-one therapy, I also appreciated the exercise program he put together for me to work on at home. Even more than the surgery, I credit NRPT and the incredible staff of physical therapists there with helping me regain 100% range of motion in my shoulder. In addition to the physical therapy, I truly appreciated the office staff and their willingness to work with my insurance company and accomodate my work schedule when it came scheduling my PT sessions. Bottom Line: within 3 months I was good as new and I actually miss not seeing my good friends at NRPT. I'll never go anywhere else, and I would recommend Northern Rockies Physical Theraphy without reservation!
