Sad to say that I've moved away from Utah and no longer can take my kids to Dr. Johnson; but…read more thought I would take a moment to leave him a review to show how much I appreciate his services all these years. Visiting the dentist have always been a pleasant experience for my kids. They were never scared to see Dr. Johnson; he is very good with kids. Not only him but his staff; you can tell they have worked with so many children and know the right things to say or how to interact to put the kids at ease. My kids have never displayed any kind of fear or anxiety; or not wanting to go to the dentist. They are eager to go and get their teeth cleaned and examined. When you walk into the office, there are paintings on the wall of Safari animals everywhere. The characters are the same as the one shown here in his profile. The setting feels like a safe, fun and clean place. Dr. Johnson also referred us to an amazing orthodontist who basically fixed my daughter's underbite for free! He put in bumpers so that her upper jaw was able to grow out past her lower jaw. That will be another review... I highly recommend Dr. Johnson. He is knowledgable in his field. He has tons of experience and has a good network of professionals that he can refer you to.

We DEFINITELY recommend Johnson Pediatrics. Dr. Johnson is so nice and patient with the kids. Dr. Johnson isn't like most Dentists that nickel and dime you for everything. Thank you guys for making my kids excited to go to the dentist!

It was really weird pulling into the parking lot next to the big bright windows. I was shocked to…read moresee I was looking right into the room where two patients were sitting getting work done. It was unsettling to see this. It was like watching an accident you can't keep from looking at while driving by. The lady getting work done kept looking at me, and I her. How weird is that! No privacy. This is my first time here after many false starts. The first scheduled appointment was on an early Saturday morning. I answered the many text messages that wanted me to confirm my appointment, which I did. Along with a recorded telephone message saying...are you coming to your appointment. Press 1 to confirm. Which I did. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment, the doors were locked. After waiting about a half an hour I left. No communication what so ever. I was pissed. Why then so many text/phone messages asking me to confirm?! I only reluctantly rescheduled, because the location is close to me, and my daughter really likes Dr. Loosli. I liked Dr. Loosli I guess. He's a really nice older gentleman. I can't really comment on his dental work, because I didn't have any cavities, and therefore all he did was look at my x-rays. Before I met with Dr Loosli, I had x-rays and a cleaning by his dental hygienist. Well a half assed cleaning if you want to define it as a cleaning. The dental hygienist was borderline rude, and very condescending. She said she was going to use a water pick tool instead of the normal "scraper" tool that is used to scrape the plaque off your teeth. I did not like this water pick. It happened so fast I don't think it took any thing off my teeth, if I had anything on them. I got concerned when I started smelling something burning......it smelled like burnt hair. I wonder if it was because she was in such a rush to leave for the day that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, and burned some of my gums. Then she said "I'm only going to polish the front of your teeth." I thought to myself WTH. Why wouldn't you polish all of my teeth? and that was that. When she was done with the cleaning I said "That was the fastest, less evasive cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. Which is every six months for years and years. She just ignored me. When Dr Loosli came in the room he talked quite a long while before he got down to the business of my teeth. I told him about how fast my "cleaning" was, he didn't know what to think about that. He looked at my x-rays and my chart, and commented that the dental hygienist didn't leave any comments on my chart. I asked him if that was normal, and he said "Maybe because you don't have any cavities that's why she didn't write anything on your chart. He talked some more and I left. The whole thing was weird.

I get my dental cleanings here and I highly recommend! Janna is my hygienist and she makes me feel…read moreheard and cared for! She is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I also feel comfortable with the doctor and the staff is very welcoming! No Better place I'd rather be!
