Visiting the dentist have always been a pleasant experience for my kids. They were never scared to see Dr. Johnson; he is very good with kids. My kids have never displayed any kind of fear or anxiety; or not wanting to go to the dentist. They are eager to go and get their teeth cleaned and examined. The setting feels like a safe, fun and clean place. Dr. Johnson also referred us to an amazing orthodontist who basically fixed my daughter's underbite for free! He told me not to worry and we would keep an eye on it. A few years later he told me that we needed to go see an Oral Surgeon and have it removed. We met an Oral Surgeon and he said it was not a tooth but he would do a 3D X-ray. After the X-ray he saw it was a tooth and it needed to be removed. He praised the Dentist, saying it was a good catch and he removed it with no further problem I will take my kids there as long as I can.

We knew our daughter was going to need braces as her mouth is visibly crowded. My son on the other hand doesn't have a perfect smile at 11 but wondered if time would tell. We consulted another orthodontist that kept saying well he doesn't really need them but anyone could benefit from braces.... like I am looking to you the expert to help guide me, braces aren't cheap. Does he need them to have a straight smile or not... still same response. We never went back. What I loved about out of this world dentistry is that from start to finish they were confident and relayed what needed to be done and how it would be done to give my kids the straight smiles. My son needs one session with the braces and hopefully that will do the touch. My daughter needs 2 sessions and night time head gear. Then I met with this lady with glasses at the front who sorted insurance and went over copays, I wish I knew her name. I'll update this when I do. Her character and help just put a cherry on top for us. I left knowing what to expect in regards to costs, number of treatments, and now I feel confident that I can follow through with the treatment, and most importantly I feel like I made the right choice.

I've taken all five of my children here for the last 25+ years, I have spent thousands and…read morethousands of dollars between dental care and braces for each child (even two sets, for two of my children) only to have their team give my youngest child fluoride against my will on my last visit. When I asked what it was what they gave to my child the hygienist acted like it wasn't a big deal, then the doctor treated me horribly, acting like I was some crazed lunatic for asking for my child not to receive it, instead of acknowledging what they had done. They did offer to not have to pay for the fluoride, as if that was the issue. I do not recommend and would NEVER go back due to the lack of accountability and terrible treatment by the doctor.
