Dog walkers and strangers biking and driving by, have stopped to comment on how amazing our yard looks. Drew and his hard working crew installed the irrigation system, rock, mulch and plants in just a few days. Drew knows a lot about shrubs and flowers and offered up a wonderful blueprint for our yard. He has stayed in touch throughout our summer of 100+ degree days to ensure that our plants and flowers are staying alive. Like everything else, landscaping is not cheap; but with our current drought conditions, it seemed like the right thing to do. Drew found a way to work within our budget and we consider our money well spent. If you are considering xeriscape, consider this company.

I've posted some before and after pictures with this review. They didn't build the pavilion in the pictures (although they could have), but they did give me advice about the kit I bought and the most cost-effective way to put it up which I really appreciate :)

Erik worked alongside his son and an apprentice, and all three were incredibly kind, polite, and easy to have in our home, even with kids around. I felt completely comfortable and trusted them enough to leave them alone in the house. They worked quickly but carefully and clearly took pride in doing things the right way. They went out of their way to minimize wall damage, including crawling through crawlspaces just to avoid unnecessary repairs. The work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully done. Erik's pricing was shockingly fair- about a quarter of what other electricians quoted us, and the quality was truly excellent. I was so impressed that I ended up giving them additional work on the spot. Honest, respectful, and hardworking. This is the kind of electrician you hope to find, and we'll definitely be calling Erik again.

I was in the closing process on my home sale and timelines were both tight and constantly shifting. Glen and his team remained flexible and very supportive through the whole process. They offered multiple solutions for the issues with my old roof. We closed the sale on time and it just wouldn't have happed without this company handling the roof. Ultimately we went with a full replacement. Pricing to value couldn't be beat. The other quotes I received were either so low that they were suspect or so high that I knew I'd have been paying for their flashy trucks and advertisements. Denver Roof Pros is an honest local business doing it right! You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't consider this company for your roofing needs. I will be their customer for the rest of my life.

Our house backed to a steep hill and the existing yard was nothing but bushes and mulch - a real eyesore. Once Stephen drew up the plans and showed us all the potential we knew we wanted to work with him. When the project started, Stephen came out frequently to check on his crew's progress. His guys were courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. The foreman was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed of everything that was happening. We did experience some delay due to heavy rains, but they kept us in the loop about how that impacted our timeline. The finished product was truly beautiful. Everyone who came to our house complimented us on the landscaping. Stephen put in two large retaining walls made out of large boulders, extended our lawn, put in a gorgeous pondless waterfall with a bridge across, and topped it all off with perfect lighting. It was exactly what we had wanted and more. We recently sold our house. It was on the market for less than 48 hours and sold for our asking price. I attribute that to Stephen's artistry. We are getting settled in our new house and fully intend to use Luxescapes to improve our landscaping. I'm excited to see what ideas Stephen will have for us this time. Call Luxescapes for a quote. You won't regret it.

If I could give these guys a zero rating, I would. The rep from Lallier, Joel Sebern, was referred…read moreto us by the rep from Farmers Insurance because he said they did a few other roofs and the owners were happy; and they replaced our building's flat roof in August, 2018, and now it's already leaking. Joel is no longer with Lallier. I got the inspection report from the insurance company and it shows the roof general condition is poor-fair. I contacted Lallier and talked to their service manager, David Baker. He went out and said he repaired the leaks by placing some polyurethane sealant to seal the two pitch pans that were open. However, he did not seal the opening at the AC unit where the report said was a possible leak source. I called and talked to him and told him that the report estimated the roof age to be 15 years old even though they just replaced it a little over 2 years ago, it shows that the roof was in poor-fair condition and that there is no ice/water shield, the gutter they put on 2 years ago is already in fair condition, and there is only a single layer of ply membrane with no felt, the photos show the water is soaking throughout the roof everywhere and the parts where the water is pooling are in poor condition. David said it's because the materials shrunk and it's dipping down and blame it on the structure and that it will cost me $1500 to fix the part where the water is pooling. I told him Joel told me the material they used were of premium quality and it would not leak for 20 years and that I called the manufacturer and they told me Lallier got only the material warranty for me which was free for them to get and did not get a warranty with labor. This means they were being cheap. If they had told me that it would cost me more to get a warranty with labor, I'd have paid it. I told David he should have repaired where the part of the roof struction is dipping down for me at no charge and place the ice/water shield on it so to protect it from future damages. He said he will look at the report and call me back. I called and left a message and emailed him and have not heard from them. Don't hire these guys. The insurance rep told me most the roof jobs in the Denver areas should last at least 5 years without any problems. Their website give you reasons to hire them and they all are not true or do not apply to your case if you hire them. The only time you'd know there is a problem since you're not a roof expert is when there is a problem and then they don't fix it for you. I will go on Google review, Facebook and anywhere else I can find to let people know the shoddy jobs they do and will let the BBB know so they do get the A+ rating and cannot put that on their website anymore. If they do, I will contact the secretary of state of Colorado and complain to them for misleading advertising.
