I also never take vacation during planting crops, spraying crops or harvesting because My vacation is aligned with business needs. Perhaps if you continue this smug attitude you can be on a permanent vacation and buy a tent to live in and enjoy the outdoors more. I wasn't there on vacation, a renter was there which means they won't be back. So if you'd like to pay me for lost rent I'd be happy to take this review off yelp. On second thought, i think anyone on yelp looking for a reliable HVAC contractor will want to know that you are only available at your convenience. I've been in business for over 40 years and vacation doesn't mean I'd ever leave a customer hanging. Start shopping for a nice tent.

Paul really can do everything we can think of to throw at him. We called Paul when we had lights go out in our 30' ceiling. In his first call, he replaced all our ceiling lights and straightened out a ceiling light fixture that no one could get to stay in place despite multiple attempts over the last 5 years. Then he serviced our plumbed in humidifiers, straightened our kitchen cabinet doors, rebuilding one that was coming apart, fixed a subwoofer in our Sprinter RV, replaced broken and missing window valences and helped us remove and dispose of a couch. He is now servicing our boat outboard and hydraulic steering and has consulted with our next door neighbor on a Nest thermostat system installation I think that's it at the moment. We are now noticing all of the little repair jobs around the house and have yet to find something he can't handle, but we will keep trying

Being led to believe a quote was coming, then essentially being forgotten about and dismissed, is frustrating and unprofessional--especially when a simple update could have been sent much earlier. I understand companies get busy, but communication matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of follow-through and respect for a potential customer's time. In our case, this took 10 minutes to complete. When I received the estimate, I was shocked! They were going to charge over $600 to fix a slight bathroom sink drip and over $500 for a external drain leak. In total, the bill would have been over $1,200. That is without the initial "service" charge. A new faucet, similar to the one that needed to be repaired can be purchase for under $100. I declined the estimate, but still was charged for the "service" fee. I would recommend finding another plumbing company.

Once we got the invoice, we checked the cost of parts, estimated a reasonable hourly tech charge and came up with a cost of 1,100 instead of the 3,100 charged. Attempts to negotiate were unsucessful. After posting the above, management called and we successfully agreed on the work requirements, tech hourly charge and parts pricing. Management took 40% off the original invoice, and we were pleased with the outome.
