My Littleton home was unlucky enough to have damage from two hail storms and a severe wind storm over a three-year period, and our long-time insurance company sent us a non-renewal letter. Our previous agent was unable to find a new policy for us, (which we need to maintain our mortgage!) and we were left feeling very overwhelmed and stressed. The first time I spoke to Paul on the phone, though, I felt a little better. He reassured me that it would still be possible to get coverage and ended the call saying, "You don't have to worry about calling me. I'll call you. You don't have to think about this because I will be thinking about it for you." Paul worked very hard for us and reached out to me with updates every few days. And he did, indeed, find us a new policy. Working with Abbie's agency has turned out to be one of the things my family is most grateful for this holiday season!
