I came to pivotal hypnotherapy with the following issues: difficulties with my husband, struggling to balance motherhood and work, bad relationship with my father, fear of public speaking, chronic stress, health issues, low energy, etc. I was at a very low point in my life and I was ready to try anything. I started learning about hypnotherapy online and how it works directly with subconsciousness, which apparently is responsible for how we operate our lives, for our choices, emotions, etc. I found Lynne online and after reading on her website about the tools she uses I quickly understood that she is very qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. Lynne uses a holistic approach and she does not spend hours talking about your past traumas and experiences. She is very generous with sharing different recourses, tools that she is aware of. During the course of my treatment I learnt about ETF method, I learnt self-hypnosis, Gut health, I learnt common feeling patterns and how to correct them. Lynne was able to point out the root cause of my autoimmune condition! She also gave me some recommendations on how to correct it. After only 1.5 months my family moved to my dream house, my relationship with my husband improved significantly, I started enjoying driving (I was afraid of driving before), I became more confident, my voice became stronger and more persuasive (which happened naturally with increase in my confidence I believe), my relationship with my father improved and my past traumas were healed, I started loving myself more, I learned about some things that were stopping me from moving to the next level in my career and life in general. The first thing that Kary worked with me on was an irrational fear that I just could not seem to shake on my own. The other issue relates to weight loss and the way that I approached eating and fitting in physical activity into my busy schedule. In both cases, what was really effective was that Kary took the time to understand my issue and approach it from a rational standpoint, engaging my conscious mind. After discussing the issue exploring the possible causes of it and solutions, Kary would then hypnotize me, in a process that was extremely relaxing and also very effective. My fear is gone, and I am on my way to meeting my weight loss goals after Kary's hypnosis sessions slowed me down so that I could really take action from a quiet, centered place. I had my first session with Ania last week. I really didn't know if it was going to work on me or…read morenot (I've always been a bit skeptical). I was also a little worried that we were doing it long distance over the phone! Suffice to say, it was an incredible experience. With Ania's gentle guidance, I went deep really quickly. I was able to heal a couple of core wounds that have tainted my entire life experience, causing me to move through my life feeling unwanted and unloved and of no consequence to the world around me (even though I have a very loving family). I have endured almost half a century of suffering as a result of these childhood wounds.
