In addition, they leveled out another section of the yard that had uneven grading. From start to finish, Sam and his team were incredibly professional, punctual, and diligent in their work. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend A&S Enterprises for any landscaping, drainage, or patio needs. I had almost $2,000 worth of trees planted and despite following their instructions for the care of the new arborvitae trees, one in particular, was browning off and appeared to be dying. I watched several other of the plantings brown off and they don't get new growth in those places. Last October I contacted Sam and sent photos and he wrote that it could be transfer shock and "worst case we do include a 1 year warranty on all plantings!" Since May I have texted, emailed and phoned Sam to have the trees replaced and have gotten no response. Nothing. A warranty from Sam and A & S appears to be meaningless. Beware when hiring A & E to do any work!!
