It used to be the worlds greatest bank. So yesterday after posting this review I called in to make an appointment for help. After holding for over 30 minutes I hung up. This morning I went into the bank again and it was quiet with a different associate who helped me with my wire transfer. Both employees who were there yesterday were friendly and the experience was good. If you are reading this Mr or Ms manager, you need sufficient staffing during peak times. Tyler Kinney, store lead associate was very professional and knowledgeable this morning. He gets five stars, I am changing my rating to 4 stars overall.

Most impressive is the commitment of Dwight from the Eugene office. Having been heavily involved with Homebuilders Association, I saw, first hand, just how dedicated and relentless Dwight was about participation... even if it meant a late night drive back home after a simple board meeting. Dedication is Dwight's middle name. It's a sure indicator of the way the rest of the Credit Union operates. We were completely satisfied with our business at NWCCU. Great, community minded and a bonus to have in the area. I think most everybody loves this place.

One thing that gives me strength is knowing that these people will have to look at themselves in the mirror every day for the rest of their lives.

Not long ago, I was unhappy with my previous bank and began to look for an alternative bank. Simply because it's close by to my business, I settled on U.S. Bank on Anderson.
