BEST VEHICLE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER! If I love my new vehicle in 3 years as much as I do now…read moretoday, I'll be a lifelong customer. I hope I can work with Hyundai of Mandan, Chelcie, and the finance manager (I forgot her name but she was excellent as well). Also, the other sales lady in the building was extremely friendly and helpful as well. I went in a bit apprehensive about getting a vehicle financed, but they made it happen for my son and I. I was able to have my vehicle HAND DELIVERED TO ME all the way down in Aberdeen. I won't shop in Aberdeen for another vehicle due to the previous ineffective solutions given to me in the past. I got what the salesperson wanted me to get. This time around I traveled for a change and better price on a new vehicle, but I'll stay for the outstanding experience we received by everyone we came into contact with at this store. Great work, Mandan team! You ROCK

This gentleman also told me to see Randy who handled the Hyundai Service Department. That's the kind of employee I want working for my company. Reception Area is very clean and well organized. Randy took extremely good care of me and kept me informed through the entire process.

I'm located on the east coast, more than 1500 miles away, and needed to have this done in time for me to fly out to pick it up. Doug went above and beyond in rearranging his schedule to make this happen, and was always a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. The price quoted was absolutely fair for the amount of labour that was involved in performing a full evaluation of the Jeep. Fortunately there were no serious red flags with the vehicle, which allowed the sale to proceed but he did find a few issues that the dealer will address before I pick it up. A big thanks to Doug and his wife. When I pick the Jeep up I will stop down to personally thank him and shake his hand for going out of his way. While there are many honest and skilled mechanics out there, one that offers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in a pinch is a gem to find, and Northland Performance is definitely a gem.
