We have a 2nd floor apartment in the very back of the complex by the woods. Yes, we have bugs that get in during the warmer months, however, being so close to trees/woods that's to be expected. The neighbors in our building and surrounding buildings pretty much keep to themselves; you can hear the kids play outside in the summertime when the windows are open - their giggles filling the apartment wit happiness. There are a few reasons for 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 stars: -office hours during the week are not very flexible for people who work full time day jobs. However, they are open on weekends now. -I'd ideally like to have more kitchen counter space. The kitchen is big enough for a small table to eat in; however we utilize the dining room to eat. I quite enjoy cooking and meal preparations can get tricky sometimes - but I guess that's to be expected in an apartment. -The parking lots need some work. Ours especially have had a bunch of pot holes since we moved in last year; however they just sent around a bulletin that they are planning on repairing the potholes this week, so hopefully that shouldn't be an issue much longer. Overall, it's a great place to live for the price you pay and area to live in. Definitely would recommend.

To my surprise and amazement a few weeks later they placed a railing on the other side and this one actually extends to the lower sidewalk which makes it even easier to get into my apartment. Hope/Vivian in the office are very nice and also willing to help and get you the answers needed. Choosing a place to live is not easy, but after meeting the staff and seeing how they are so helpfully answer any question we may have it was a very easy decision for my Fiancé and I. The maintenance staff is amazing they get everything done and don't stop until it's 100%. They are always kind and even when you have a emergency they answer right away. The location is perfect there is a lot in the area, town is only a mile away. I feel very safe in this location, and people are very friendly.

The landlord shares personal information with other tenants and enters tenants apartments without permission and while the tenants are not home on a regular basis. The maintenance man is not knowledgeable and very rude. Has had the police called on him several times for disturbing the peace for revving his work truck in the parking lot at hours like 5am. The owner is very rude and the office is terrible about getting back to you on any urgent matter. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We had a few small issues when we first moved into our apartment. I reached out to Marzena and she had all of the issues resolved within 3 days! They also do a great job removing snow and ice. The apartment is beautiful (we rent an updated apartment), the complex is fairly quiet and the neighbors are always polite. I also love the location because we have quick access to Route 46. If there's a lot of traffic I can take the beautiful back roads. I'm really enjoying my time at the complex!

Once you sign the lease with them there is no going back. Not much in the name of service. I asked them to fix the AC and it took them several weeks to respond and they still did not fixed it. The entire summer went by with hot temperature in the rental unit. Then I asked them to fix the window screen in the bedroom which was completely torn apart and their flat response was 'we don't fix these types of things, just don't open the window'. The true testimony came when I vacated the property. They even made money from my deposit even after I had the property cleaned by a professional cleaner. They rent the furniture with third party but of course charging double the money of a typical rental lease. You will regret if you end up dealing with them. Never ever think about using these people. They should be ashamed about their dirty practices.

We were put into an apartment that ended up having a lot of construction by a third party. The noise and fumes were so bad. I had signed a lease with Jay and did not know what we were going to do. Jay was unaware of the construction and bent over backwards to find us and awesome apartment elsewhere. He swopped out our furniture to make it more safety friendly for our toddler and even went as far as changing mattresses so I would have a more comfortable mattress for the remainder of my pregnancy. I strongly reccommend using this company for any corporate move. I can't even imagine going anywhere else. You will not get the high level of service Jay and his team provide anyplace else.

I messaged the owner and they said they took care of it but I still see the same landscaper cutting our grass which makes me VERY uncomfortable. Can't say that I loved either but new owners really suck. I switched apartments when they first arrived and when complaining about some issues in the apartment the lady, Christine I think, actually said "then don't live here." I was like what?!!!! I've been here for 3 years prior to that and your going to suggest I leave? Maybe that's why so many other tenants have left. In my new building, I've already had 3 upstairs neighbors. Like the retention rate on here isn't great. Rent is too high and now their adding separate utilities which don't add up and seem suspicious. Overall...just don't live here.
