Amazing workout! This place completely amazed me. I wish it was in San Francisco!…read more It focuses on full body workout so the different stations focus on different parts of the body (legs, arms, core, chest, back, etc.) with combination of cardio and strength training. This helps a lot so I don't have to have leg day, arm day, etc. - one workout which focused on all exercises. The instructor is also really nice and he explains the workout in the start of the class. It is a small fitness center so you get individual attention especially if you are not doing it right. If I was in Atlanta, I would definitely have made this my regular gym.

The classes are always different and fun and honestly as hard as you make them. My personal training sessions with Shawn fly by and I always wish they last longer. Just like the classes they are always different and fun, but geared towards the goals we discussed. It's been almost two months and I can tell I'm making progress. Working out never feels like a chore and I genuinely enjoy it. As a side note, COVID protocols are taken very seriously which I did factor into my decision to join (also wanting to support a small business in my community). I can't say enough good things about both coaches.

As someone who has tried all different kinds of workouts, from spin classes to Orange Theory, I never found a form of exercise that made me feel motivated to come back. That is, at least, until I came here! It is by far the best work out I've ever done, and I even found a new love for boxing. Paul and all the other trainers are so passionate about what they are doing and you can tell they truly care about meeting your fitness goals. Check them out, you won't regret it!

This place is wonderful. I have been coming here on a Groupon deal, and I am really upset that I…read moreonly got 5 visits and now they are GONE! :( All of the trainers here give really great personal attention; asking about your personal goals, past injuries, etc. The first time I came in, Paul even did a quick body/joint analysis thing and pointed out some things that might be issues for me in the future. The place is VERY small and hard to find (tucked behind the Domino's on Roswell Rd.), but they give you a FANTASTIC workout. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5th star is because on some occasions I have had trainers tell me to "just warm up". I'm definitely not an athlete, I don't really know what I'm doing, so I just end up doing some awkward stretching, looking around, and thinking about how much of a dumb*** I look like. However, all that really matter is, I look and feel way better than I did before I started coming here. The greatest thing about using a trainer: they will push you further than you ever thought you could go and it WILL pay off.

First thing first, it is great that they offer validation for the Metropolis parking deck. Really helps make it easy to come to class! Second, the desk staff make a an effort to get to know your name which amazing. Third, all of the coaches are phenomenal! Kate, Kasey, Parker and Adrienne are so personal favorites of mine and they are stellar coaches. You really can't go wrong! Definitely cannot recommend this place more than I already do. Give orangetheory a try if you have been on the fence and this is a great location to do it at! I went as a visitor for the first time 2 years ago and it was great then and still is.

I think OTF is a great place to workout. I prefer having a coach that can keep me motivated and on…read moretask. If you don't like a coach telling you what exercises to do and cheering you on this is not a work out for you. OTF Is primarily cardio-based as more than half of the workout is in the treadmill and rower. With a third of the class on a treadmill and third of the class on a rower you're really pushing your aerobic fitness and caloric burn. The floor exercise is the last third of the class. In my opinion they can improve their floor exercises and work out as there isn't much time to build muscle but rather to burn fat. There are quite a few locations around Atlanta as OTF has become a very popular workout franchise. This specific location in Midtown has a parking deck for free parking. The classes at this location are almost always full. The coaches and staff are nice just like most locations. They have a bathroom for both sexes and two showers for you to use if you want to go before work. They have a wide range of class times so you can work out super early, mid day or late in the evening. Overall OTF is great for trying to lose weight, get in shape and meet new people while burning calories.
