If you join the waitlist... you get offered an apt... you need to really rethink your choice. Additionally the handicapped parking is NOT enforced, therefore if you have a guest or an everyday need you are out of luck and could possibly park a city block or two away from your door. They do not enforce dogs and the cleanup from them. Yes, they provide sacks but bends are always full and trashy, not to mention fast food trash that is daily in the parking lots. Trash trash trash - I wish I could only give it 1/4 of a star. Look elsewhere for your home. You'll hate living and trying to park and carry packages blocks away from your door.

My husband and I extended our lease for an extra two months because our house would not be ready…read more When we did that, we also told them we would be moving out September 28th of 2017. We signed our papers and left the the office as they told us we were good to go and wouldn't need to be back until we turned the keys into them. September 27th comes around and I have a letter on my door saying thank you for renewing our lease through November. I politely go up to the office and tell them we did not renew it and are moving out the next day. They conveniently couldn't find any paper work saying we were moving out. Not to mention, they stated that they put several notices on our door saying we needed to fill out more paperwork. Not once did I receive any notice of the sort. I only received notices of inspections and sprinkler tests. Eventually after hassling with them, they say we are good to move out but have to forfeit our $250 deposit and THEY would place a stop payment on our account. We were told we could sign a paper (again) saying we were vacating when we turned our keys in. We signed our paper, turned our keys in, and left on the 28th of September. We just thought that would be the end of it. Here we are September 4th and they have deducted rent ($930) from our account on the 3rd. My husband called and was told that we would have to bring a bank statement up to the office and they would send it to corporate and fix it. I took the statement up to the office and the "senior manager" stated that she "called and left a voicemail saying we would have to call our bank to do a stop payment because they couldn't with it being that close to rent being due." Which, I understand and would have done so. However, I NEVER ONCE received a call or voicemail stating that! For that matter, my husband didn't either. I even double checked that they had the correct phone numbers on file. Which, they should have because they haven't changed since we moved in. Clearly there are incompetent staff here. Not to mention, they are the absolute WORST when it comes to communicating with their tenants let alone each other. We were told our bank statement got faxed to corporate. I have since requested proof that it was faxed and have put a call into corporate myself. I understand that it is a business to them, but the fact that they show absolutely not motivation to fix THEIR mistake makes me absolutely irate. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Sure they are decent apartments, but it's not worth the hassle that comes with it. If you chose to still move here, make sure every single piece of paperwork you fill out, you get a copy of it! Then, make sure you call and double check that they actually did what they said they would do with it. We didn't realize we needed to remind them to do their jobs. We thought that is what management was for. We were clearly wrong.

For background, my husband and I are a young married couple, and this was our first apartment…read moretogether. We aren't nitpicky, and we're normally satisfied with just a roof over our head and eachother, but this apartment complex blew us away. The units are very spacious and nice, and it feels very safe. Any time we needed to call maintenance, they responded and fixed our issue same day or next day. Even for something as small as our ice machine not working, they came and fixed it ASAP. The one bad thing about the apartment complex as a whole is the parking lots. There's a lot of basically blind turns, people speed through it, and there's not enough parking for each building. I can't tell you how many times we had to park halfway across our side of the complex because the spots near our building were full. Anytime friends or family visited, they complained about nearly getting into an accident due to how poorly set up the parking lot was. Besides that, I really have nothing to complain about. Neighbors were quiet, dumpsters and mail weren't hard to get to, the office and maintenance were very responsive and kind, and for the price it is very very worth it.

You only get 1 guest per apartment to go to the pool. Not 1 guest per person on the lease, but 1 guest for the entire apartment! The landscaping crew will trim trees/bushes and cut grass and not clean any of it, it will just stay on the sidewalks. You will not get your full security deposit back ($350) if you hand your lease over to someone else, you will get $186 back. Supposedly they take a cleaning fee, was not mentioned on the lease agreement. Overall not a great experience at this apartment complex. Office ladies are also not the happiest people.

Here I found a glimpse of what the world could look like-…read more when resident, property managers, maintenance crew, and neighbors come together!!Everyone looks different, sounds different, from different backgrounds, have different personalities, different belief systems, different external appearances, different political preferences, different jobs, yet we have come together perhaps not knowing everyone in the complex, but we've found commonality and respecting one another's space even among our different views! We are believe it or not a unique united community. EVERYONE HAS AN ISSUE or a bad day that we'd all like someone to forget about or look over! This place is run by humans for other humans, so yes living here 5+ years I've seen some things, heard some things- yet the good still outweighs the unpleasant moments! This property has been managed by two different companies. I've seen a total of three property managers since I've been here, I've seen maintenance crew come in and out. However, my request has always been taken care of, my voicemail has always been returned and my face has always been met with a warm smile. This place rings of loud loyalty! From the moment we moved in til this day that we're moving out - we will remember ###02 as a home not just because my family made it one but because the people around us create and external atmosphere that added to making it one! *To all the previous managers thank you! However...... Peggy and Nick I have appreciated the laughter, real talk, the events you've hosted (the unfortunate new workout equipment THAT I WONT GET TO WORK OUT ON) and unwavering support you have provided-you both understand my reasoning for needing to move and I appreciate your support/sadness to see us leave. It's rare and beautiful to see a management team care about its residence. - MERRY CHRISTMAS

When I first moved in two and half years ago I remember, the first thing I heard was my upstairs neighbor peeing. Lol this is not his fault of course, but recently someone else moved into that apartment and I started having more serious noise issues at night. I've complained to management about the new noisy neighbor who among other things likes to listen to loud music/ movies in the middle of the night in his bedroom. They told me to call "security" the next time it happens so they can witness it. So when my neighbor started doing his thing at 3:30 am I called them, they took 20 minutes to come. The guy comes up the stairs and I tell him to come inside so he can hear the noise. He said he couldn't go into the apartment. Well, it doesn't matter what it sounds like at outside, it matters if there is noise in the apartment, where I sleep. To make matters worse the "security" went upstairs and knocked on the upstairs neighbor's door. I was in my room at the time and heard my neighbor turn off the sound, open his door. Well, guess what, no noise now! 5 minutes later the neighbor is playing music even louder and yelling. This was pretty upsetting to me, first that I lost 3-4 hours of sleep and second that the neighbor had the nerve to turn the music up and yell for the remainder of the early morning. It's not really management's fault but there needs to be something they can effectively do about people like this. I am lucky in one thing, is that my lease is about to end. If you break your lease in the middle of the term at Canyon Ranch it is pretty expensive. If you want to avoid being stuck with a loud jerk neighbor and a long lease DO NOT MOVE INTO APARTMENT 5723.

Then today because my videos weren't "proof enough" for Michelle the manager who told me I need to get a office member to witness these incidents with my neighbor, I went to go get Nancy at 1:50pm on Saturday who told me she'd be coming to my apartment and never did, when I watched her leave the office I asked her if she was still coming because I had been waiting an hour and she shrugged her shoulders and told me she was too busy and couldn't hit overtime. Wow, so the videos aren't enough and you're going to lie to me and tell me you're gonna come to my unit and just don't? These people do not care about your safety, well being and if I die I'd like to come back in my second life as one of these women in this office because they get paid to do NOTHING. finally I spoke to my neighbor who's giving us issues and he actually told me the women in the office TOLD him to blare music. This place is a joke, do not move here.
