He then called Friday evening saying that he was letting a former employee clean our home because a couple of his employees called out sick. This was a lie. The replacement said that he just didn't want our account so he turned it over to her. The replacement did a horrible job cleaning our home. I called Patrick to let him know. He said he was sorry, but did nothing to make it right. So, I left a negative review on Facebook. He left me a text message (which I have a copy of) threatening legal action against me. I called to ask why he would pursue legal action against me. He said that he wasn't going to sue me, but that he was going to report us to DFCS to have our five children removed from our home! We have adopted five children. One was an international adoption, and the other four were foster children who needed forever homes. Anyone that knows our family knows that our children are loved and have a happy home. Patrick is just update about the negative review, plus he knows I have copies of his unprofessional messages and threats. Patrick is a slimy salesperson, but he's all hat and no cattle. I would rather deal with the Devil himself rather than Patrick and the Best Results Cleaning Co. what kind of monster would threaten to have children taken away from their family over a negative review? Please, send this monster a message and refuse to do business with him or Best Results Cleaning Co.
