I had to regurgitate what they wanted exactly by the book without really learning anything. However, this class you will leave feeling a little more knowledgeable. Jeffrey is really smart, teaches you what you really need to know, and engages with the class. He has the credentials and experience to back everything up. He is really friendly. He's not here to make you cry or fail. The class is definitely worth the price. I enjoyed his class, and I look forward coming back in 2 years. I definitely recommend! Thanks Jeffrey! : )

PSMS has undergone many administrative changes during the last several years and maybe this time…read moreits for the best. The new regime places a large focus on obedience & following guidelines. That seemed to be lacking previously. This is a Title 1 school which essentialy means it is understaffed & under-funded. There is a revolving door of 1st year teachers & many Deltas, as the principal is a member of that sorority. Also a high special needs & interrelated population here. Many poor-performing academic students here, but not a bad school to work at. If you have a bright child who needs a challenge, I would not send them here as they would be surrounded by lower-achieving students. As with any institution, do your research before sending your precious child to any old school!

Most of the teachers are great but some are so horrible that I don't even know how they became teachers. The Principal Dr Coady has no back bone at all and lets everyone tell her how they are going to do what they want and how they think she needs to do her job. I have actually told several parents about how bad the school is and before their children were old enough to enroll or as soon as pre-K was over they moved. So many complain but no one does anything. I have even contacted the BOE several times and yet they have never once done anything about any of the problems.

I just had an excellent CPR & First Aid and AED training with my private instructor Devin Gore. I…read morehave taken re-certification courses throughout the years, as required in my career field, and found them informative but limited in scope of application. Devin not only clearly explained the proper procedures, demonstrated them and reviewed my technique but he expanded the detail using real world, potential, scenarios. While the class time was expedient I never felt like we were rushing through the material. Devin listened to my questions, and even a couple of stories, and responded thoroughly with emphasis on the value of this important skill training. I would recommend Academy of CPR to anyone who wants real understanding and not just a certificate. I am going to talk to the youth director at my church about providing a group training for our teens. My confidence, should I need to use my training, is finally satisfied. Thank You Devin!
