The time I went, I was there for a crystal, yoga and meditation session. I loved that they have a variety of leaders, the leader for this session was a African-American male...very inclusive! When we walked in we were greeted with a array of crystals and stones to take with us for our meditation session. The leader led us on some simple but effective stretches and poses. We ended with wine, cheese and other beverages. I love the lightening of the studio as well as all the amenities including blocks and pillows for support. However, my all-time favorite is the heated floors. They were heavenly, especially for a sore back. The sessions are a little on the higher side, but this place is definitely worth splurging on, especially when it comes to self care.
