Unfortunate for them, I have to live beyond their lack of truthfulness so this will be a long long long time getting paid. Life goes on after Haven and honesty is a major factor for me. Be VERY VERY careful. Get it in writing from them that they are IN NETWORK with your insurance. Out - Of- Network is the same as having no insurance because the deductible is higher and most of the billing will be on the patient to pay out of pocket. The facility was great, but I was very specific in stating that I would rather not detox if my insurance would not cover the majority of the bill. I was assured that they ACCEPTED my insurance. TEN STARS if I could…read more I am a new patient to Dr. Beatty and my appointment has not taken place but the SUPERIOR customer service and EXEMPLARY support for military service Dr. Beatty and his staff (Lisa, the best) provided just over the telephone is how a provider/patient relationship should be. I can already see that I am blessed with a care, compassionate, empathetic professional who treats the needs of his patients with utmost respect. Oftentimes in the medical business it is BUSINESS first and patient SECOND. Dr. Beatty immediately thanked me for my military service as well as provided a generous military discount and he took a few minutes during our pre-appointment call to express his gratitude. That in my opinion is something that is lost in the bigger picture. When you have a provider that takes to time to know each patient as I am sure Dr. Beatty does the same for each of his patients. I have been on medical appointments where the provider barely looked at me or typed the entire time. I'm looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Dr. Jonathan Beatty and I recommend his services to anyone in the tribe-state area. Thank you Lisa and Dr. Beatty. Carlton A.

CASA was a fun organization to be a part of mainly due to Dr. F's enthusiasm, passion and new ideas on making students aware of substance abuse. I was a peer educator and Dr. F trained us to do workshops, intervention and reach out to students at TU on the issues of drug and alcohol use. He was one of the most accessible and easy going professors that I knew. I often found myself talking to Dr. F about things I was going through because he was so easy to talk to. Respectively, I could tell he wasn't a stranger to the crazy college lifestyle (partying, relationship woes, family struggles, work balance, etc) I was living and he never made me feel "less than" or like he didn't get it. Dr. F always just got it. I think Dr. F would be a great therapist for anyone wanting to explore the role addiction serves in his or her world. If you're ready to make a change, Dr. Frank is who I would suggest.

Doctor Russell Ferstandig saved my life. This is a powerful and true statement. I was addicted to…read moreopiates, and was putting myself in dangerous situations, doc shopping etc to get what I needed. I was 100% convinced I didnt have the strength, courage or will power to stop taking opiates. That all changed September 7, 2014, my 1st meeting with Doctor Russ. He immediately put me at ease, spent well over 2 hours understanding my situation, and discussing his process and care he will provide to safely get me off opiates forever. I knew I had finally found the right Doctor as he genuinely cares about his patients and goes to "above and beyond" to ensure their success in overcoming addiction. I had met with 3 different, highly rated Doctors in NYC, who spent 10 minutes with me, prescribed Suboxone, with no further instructions or counseling. Each time I relapsed, and fell further into my addiction Doctor Russ explained his process, and the importance of following it for a successful outcome. Additionally he educated me on Suboxone and how and when to consume for ideal results. He coupled medicine with counseling, which was the key to his success rates. He is very humble, and doesnt share that he has the highest success rates with no relapses. He cares more about helping you understand and overcome the reason that lead to your addiction. As our sessions continued he prescribed and anti-depressant as I was in denial of how much my depression was sabotaging my life. As our sessions continued, I realized, he was dedicated to ensuring not only my success in overcoming my addition, but also rebuilding an enriched life. I find it amazing how he is able to remember and build upon each of our sessions. I thank God every day for Doctor Russ. He listens, never judges, provides guidance to build a great life and never watches the clock. I have gone well over my scheduled hour, and never received additional billing, I have been opiate free for 4 years, and continue weekly sessions as they make me a better person. In summary, Doctor Russ saved my life and to this day, provides the incredible insights and counseling to rebuilding a better life and self.
