At my previous dental clinic, you really felt like cattle as they did their thing, collected their money, and sent you on your way. But Dr. Shah and his staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. Dr. Shah is very easy going and honest and tells you exactly what he's doing and why. Sometimes when you go to places like this you may not have any idea what's happening and just "trust the expert". But I much prefer Dr. Shah's style of communication. If only car mechanics we're like this! It's a new clinic, and everything is clean and brand new. Dr. Shah is a young guy and also appears to stay up to date on the medical literature, so I personally feel better knowing that his techniques aren't outdated like I sometimes feel with older doctors.

Dr. Joe agreed to see her and said if it didn't work then go to a pediatric dentist but he felt she'd be fine. He spoke with her like a person, gave her control of her appointment and kept her engaged. The appointment was over before she even realized it and she is about to turn 20. We have dealt with my own severe dental issues, surgeries, extractions, plates, braces, reconstruction....you name it. The ENTIRE team has taken care of our family and our needs and I could not imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Joe, Dr. Habib, all the technicians and team. We feel well cared for, safe and in great hands after what was a terrible start with another clinic (after it changed hands) and 3 terrified of dental appointment patients now look forward to our visits. All I got was suggestion to get antibiotics and pain killers. I had been using pain killers for same tooth more than 2 weeks. Because treatment was already paid and if they need to fix a failure in their treatment wouldn't get extra pay. I feel like I wasted my time and insurance plan. This dentist is more interested in dental plans rather than customer dental problems. Hopefully my root cannal works out good because I don't want waste my time with this dentist again. I hope some people are really reading and paying attention to these reviews. My suggestion would be not to waste your money nor your time with this dentist. First of all, let me say all of the staff at Thomas and Dragonette were very relaxed, patient, and professional. I never felt rushed or that they were too busy to manage my care in the way that it should be. What a pleasant surprise to be able to book an appointment within a reasonable amount of time with a wonderful, caring, professional, dental hygienist. Unlike my previous dental car provider, my dental hygienist, at Thomas and Dragonette cleaned my teeth and I felt absolutely no pain or tinges the entire time. It's also very nice at the end of your appointment when your dentist walks in to the room, addresses you by name, shakes your hand, checks over your dental work, and you feel you're not just another number out the door. I'm completely glad that I have returned as a patient to Thomas and Dragonette.
