Yes the company did call a week later but this was before I received the final bill and before I realized Sage and the moving company were ignoring my requests about our damaged TV. Sage did not want to take responsibility for not packing it and T-N-T didn't want to take responsibility. I take this to be inappropriate behavior from Sage and from T-N-T. No answer. We…read morewent with them because they could design some areas and spaces that we needed for our office, however, when executed, our designer did not think through that I am not 6 feet tall and I have to stand on my tip toes to reach the door handles to ALL of my upper cabinets (10 total)...would you be satisfied if you paid a large sum of money and you can't reach your door handles and nobody has even followed up with you after your project to see if you are happy with it after a month? I am still missing 2 drawers that they didn't cut right because of the pop-up plug that they didn't account measurements for. My 2 bottom file drawers have major space in between the files - poorly designed, total waste of space. The counter top which is a quartz is very thin and I recall the sample being much thicker. The installers - don't get me started. When I told the sales gal about it, she just gave me this blanket message about passing it along to the install manager. They didn't do anything about it, and the next day they cut in our garage and my daughter who was getting ready to go to college had all of her stuff in there, it had sawdust all over it and we had to wipe everything down because there was sawdust all over everything in our garage. They swept but they didn't account for the layers of sawdust on everything. Inside my office, they left tools all over my office desk, inside the cabinets, they left a ladder on top of my desk with a broom, tools just laying on the cabinets, there was a caulking gun leaking on top of my quartz countertop. There was sawdust all inside my cabinets and on my floors. I had to do so much clean up after they left throughout all the cabinets and my floors and dust everything top to bottom. There's a few issues with some splintering that we have not yet heard back from anyone and it's been a month since they finished. We've paid, A LOT of money for this office, it sure does seem like they took they money and ran. While the cabinets are nice, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and there were a lot of things that did not get addressed.

The more I thought I about it, I use a service to maintain and clean my car, clean my home, and mow my yard. So why not this? At our initial assessment, Carl listened to how I live and work in my kitchen, we discussed my short and long term goals for my kitchen. Frankly, in the 5 years I've been in the house, I just needed organization from clutter. The flow of finding things was crazy. I thought I needed to supplement storage in my kitchen with additional cabinets, and cabinet organizers installed in my original mid-century cabinets to just to keep up. After the first meeting, we scheduled a follow up to execute our work. He pointed out that many of his clients choose to replace things like cabinet liners and drawer trays at this time as well. And, he provided good rules of thumb for measured quantities of liner material to buy, as well as input on benefits of different types of liners (there are different types? Who knew!!). On the evening of our work Carl arrived on time with boxes in hand and a plan in his head. In short order, my kitchen was transformed and organized, local charities have new kitchen gadgets, and my cabinets are free of expired food!
