Great food! I had the chicken and found beef combo. What a treat! I will definitely be back! Not a long wait. And hood hall for the carts is great atmosphere.

Our patience paid off. We've been waiting for this food cart to open and we're so happy they were open tonight. We enjoyed chicken and beef kebabs over rice. The kabobs were juicy and the seasonings were outstanding. We will be back very soon. BTW the service was fast and friendly! We only live a mile away. This is such a great option to bring friends and family over to.

Came for a birthday lunch and Masood made an amazing Philly cheese steak sandwich. Good size and price, great service as he is very kind.

I've been searching for a Kabob place and coming across this cart it's worth every dollar. The chicken is very flavorful and juicy, the beef is amazing and the ground beef is delicious. Tried the fresh naan and yoooooo it's hits all the right places. Honestly anything you get here is delicious, you wouldn't be disappointed. To top it off Muzhgan the owner is friendly and funny! Great customer service I'm highly impressed. After every bit I kept saying "this is so good", no joke haha. This place is a must and that green spicy sauce . I don't leave reviews but this place deserves one! Def will be back!

I recently stopped into Chef Agir for an early dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from a pedestrian's perspective. This spot first caught my eye because of the vibrant mural by Christa Grimm on the west wall, which was recently highlighted in a City Cast Portland newsletter. It is a wonderful visual landmark for anyone walking along NE 13th. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is exceptionally attentive. I had a great conversation with the staff about the restaurant's growth since opening six months ago. While I usually view the city through a lens rather than a menu, the food was excellent and the space feels like a true community gem. Highly recommended for those exploring the neighborhood on foot.

For reference, middle eastern is one of my favorite cuisines, and this blew me away. Specifically, I think this was the best seasoning I've ever had on kabob meat, it was a flavor bomb. Good value too, normally I have to ask for extra meat from other restaurants, but I was full and satisfied from this plate! I also got the tabouli salad and it was very fresh. Also love how many GF options there are here! Service: 5/5 Wonderful service, the server took great care of us and answered all our questions.
