At the time of scheduling I asked about the fare to which I was told Jenna would call me. She never called. The day prior to our doctor's appointment to change the first of three casts of wife's foot, I called to confirm the appt and was told they would be there. Again I was told Jenna (who must be the owner) was going to call me about the cost. Again, she never did. The day of the appt we waited for pickup and I finally called and left a message. The driver called back to say they couldn't do the transport. The driver said Jenna was supposed to call and let me know they couldn't do the transport. Of course she didn't call. I then was going to attempt to take my wife myself and discovered my car battery was dead. This has got to be the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

On August the 2nd let's schedule a ride for 7:00 a.m. to Walmart store pharmacy that was waiting…read morefor my pickup outside my building at 7:10 there was no show for the driver I contacted the office the woman that I spoke to said that she would try to contact the driver if she came back on the phone and said she could not get a hold of the driver she said that if he wasn't there around 7:30 to call back 7:30 no show for the driver I contacted the office again she said she would try to contact the driver again once again no show for the driver a little after 8:00 a.m. I contacted the LCP again spoke to I'm not sure if it was the same woman or not she said he was the driver would be there in about 7 minutes the driver did show up but he showed over the front of the building and to the rear of the building so what I got to the vehicle with my neighbor that was accompany me and as we were leaving I asked the driver and he apologized and he said that no one had contacted him and that someone apparently had forgotten to put the trip in for my request. When he dropped us off at Walmart in greenwood he told me to contact and he would come back and pick us up because he was going to be in the area, after I was done with my getting stuff at Walmart I contacted LCP office again, I explained to the woman that the driver said that the contact and he had no problem coming back and picking this up because he was going to be in the area she said she could not do that. I said where you kind of owe me anyway because of the extremely late pickup. I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with United healthcare. During this entire time every time I spoke to someone at the office it seem like they had an attitude towards the situation I do not like being lied to , and yes I have every intention of contacting United healthcare about the situation. Normally when I do my reviews I give a five-star review and two thumbs up unfortunately on this review I can only give a two-star review and no thumbs up. Yes I would still recommend this company for transportation is being a 67 year old senior semi handicap due to my blindness and my left eye. Hannah was the driver we used the last 2 times we used the service. She was very kind to our mother and did what we requested. No one came to see if I was sitting in waiting room so knocked on door leading to offices, no one answered. Then went to vehicle to call, left a message about my experience and asked for a call back. There was No yes I mean NO cusioning in the seats & one seat had ripped covering with cusion showing. There was a bar along the back seats which I felt in my back the whole ride. THERE WERE NO GOOD SHOCKS TO THE VHECLE. The drivers seat was all torn up. It had been duct taped & the cusion was showing also. If this was my company I would be embarrassed to transport any one in their VHECLES . I will Never ask to be transported by this company ever again.
