I would've never guessed this gym was here had someone else not mentioned it to me! Totally hidden warehouse . Our workout was a combo of strength and conditioning , stations , functional , hiit , coach was very attentive watching everyone's alignment, giving modifications, proper form , etc. The neat thing that sets this place apart from other gyms similar is the programs they run for athletes , youth & adults . No more sitting on the sideline watching your kid at practice as you can participate in your own class in the other section at the same time . When my kids were growing up & training this would have been my ideal place! The Southside is home to some of the toughest , no bull-shit workouts and this gym is definitely gonna be added to my favorites list after today. The only cons are the limited class times for adults and the car salesman style pitches from front desk , they are very pushy with memberships and if that's not your style you may not be attracted to this gym . Their foundation also helps student athletes with training and gear for families who can't afford it and I think that's amazing.
