Because it's so small it's not usually packed in here and you get help. Their food is amazing here to. The culinary arts program has their weekly lunch special at the cafeteria and it's amazing and economical.

After completing the computer-based test, it prints and you just pick up the result without the proctors seeing it (just in case you feel dumb that you failed...lol). This university also offers tons of computer/cyber courses and certificate tracks. I took a 5-day CISSP bootcamp and they provided lunch from Texas roadhouse - my company paid so wasn't sure about the cost. The classrooms are clean and new with computer workstations. Great UofA location for transitioning Cochise college graduates.

Areas where I think could be improved, especially administratively, other staff members have more than made up. I feel fortunate to be going to this campus-the facilities are nice too. Though selection of classes is limited, the classes are small and students receive a lot more attention (this doesn't seem like the norm for the main campus). The cashier staff is disrespectful towards students. When I asked for a printed receipt from an…read moreonline payment made I was told I wouldn't be given one and to go to pimabursar@edu, which is not a website, it is an email address. When I pointed this out to the gentlemen to understand what exactly I needed to do, he became very aggressive and firmly stated,"I am not going to give you what you want here." When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was not going to give me that either. When I asked for a supervisor's name, again, he said he would not give me that. Then he threatened to call campus police on me. I am consistently treated like a bratty child at all of the campuses, especially by the cashier staff and the testing services staff. It's no surprise that Pima was at risk for losing accreditation. They are not an asset to this community and teach tolerance, well as long as it's the students tolerating their disregard of respect and decency.

I took my studies very seriously and spent the entirety…read moreof my enrollment on the Deans List, however the challenges of dealing with grown adults, both students and staff, exhibiting the most severe unprofessionalism I have ever encountered, definitely put a damper on the experience of Carrington college. I endured this, however. I completed my studies at Carrington and went on to deal with a very difficult externship. I was so excited to graduate and walk across the stage. When that day came, I found myself in the hospital after a horrible accident. I reached out to the staff at Carrington and asked them if I could please be given the opportunity to participate in a later graduation ceremony, so I could still walk across the stage and celebrate all the hard work I had put in and endured. I was told that I would hear from Kathy Bailey about participating in the next graduation ceremony. I never heard from her. It has been 10 months. Ive already accepted the fact that I will not be getting a graduation. The robes that I purchased with my own hard earned money are collecting dust and will never be worn. This is my own experience at carrington. I strongly encourage any student seeking to further their education to look elsewhere. Don't waste your time and your energy.
